I heard about Cliff's by finding them online when searching fro someone in our area to give us a quote for the installation on a new AC unit. We called Cliff's because they advertised on their website Free Estimates, and that is just what they gave us. There was no hesitation when I asked about the free estimate, and they seemed happy to do it. We ended up hiring them to complete the job because of their positive attitude and professionalism from the beginning. If I had to do it all over again, I would call Cliff's without hesitation.

I had a furnace that was acting up over the winter and needed an annual service. Cliff's came over and took care of that and tested the system which seems to be working great. The true test will be in the winter when the cold comes but I think it will be just fine.

I had a very courteous technician show up to diagnose my A/C problem recently. The unit had gave out some time over the summer. They fixed it right after they got there and had the parts with them.
