honest and extremely helpful

The process was very easy from the consult to post day. Everything was explained to me multiple times to ensure I understood how the process was going to work as well as what I would expect long term. There was little or no pain in the whole procedure as I expected from what was told to me. The medical and nurse staff was amazing and was very helpful.

I was surprised at how little pain there was. I was also amazed at how good a job they did. I feel so much more confident and like how I look.

I had a robotic hair transplant. The explanation procedure and post op went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful.

Dr. Friedman was extremely informative and gave me options and in fact suggested that I do not do transplants at this time but try laser instead. This is far less expensive and non evasive.

I feel I was given an honest consultation about my options. The office was very helpful and there was no pressure to undertake procedures. It truly was a learning experience and I feel more informed now to make my own decision on how to proceed. If I do decide to go ahead with a hair transplant I would feel very confident in working with Dr. Friedman.

My experience with Dr Friedman has been top notch. I have been seeing Dr. Friedman for 16 years and it has always been the best experience.

Dr. Friedman is a very compassionate doctor who is extremely knowledgeable in the field of Dermatology. His staff are friendly and considerate of his patients.

Dr. Friedman and his staff have been extremely easy and courteous. I have been coming in frequently for low laser light treatment. Staff member, Leslie, has been polite and skilled in helping me. I'll definately be proceeding forward with Dr. Friedman and his staff for my treatments.

I came in a couple months ago desperate for help. I'm a 19 year old female and I have severe alopecia areata, about 70% of my hair is gone. I came in for a consultation, their scheduling is flexible and Leslie is so incredibly sweet! I met with Dr. Friedman and Dr. McKenna and they are so understanding. We met for a consultation and they discussed all of my options. I'm doing laser and PRP and my hair is growing back! They treat me like family and I highly recommend these wonderful people!!
