Great Service! The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. A fellow by the name of Calvin did an excellent job with servicing my vehicle. Every question I had he answered and that meant a lot to me. Thank you guys very much for doing a great job! I will definitely be back!

I've been coming here for two years and the service stays at a high level. The staff is very friendly and informative.There's not many shops in the area that compete with the standards they hold themselves to. It doesn't matter if it's an oil change or refilling my freon Grease Monkey has always been my go to shop.

I think it's great that I have nothing bad to say about this auto shop. Usually I'll find some sort of issue/problem with a businesses service, but I don't have anything bad to say about Grease Monkey. They really look out for you. They understand time is money, and great work equals more business. You can tell they value their customers, and that is grade A service right there.

I've been getting my oil change, and getting my car serviced for any other issues at Grease Monkey ever since I've moved to the city, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Their customer service is top of the line - Very informative, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced.

Came in for some maintenance on my car, timing belt/spark plugs/ oil change. Everything went smoothly and amazingly it didn't take that long. I went to grab some lunch and walked around a bit, came back 2 hours later and they were done with everything and my car was all ready for me to pick up. Signed a couple of things, paid and left with a smile.

I've gone in for multiple oil changes and they've always been on the top of their game. In my personal experience here I've yet to experience anything negative. Anyone and everyone should know that as soon as a shop is done working on your car you need to double check the engine bay or wherever they worked on. I definitely would recommend these guys, but that's just me.

BEWARE OF BALLARD GREASE MONKEY!!!!!!!

Went in for an oil change and came out with my car making a scary noise. Turned out that one of the technicians had failed to replace my air intake cover AND left a rag in my engine compartment!....the rag had been sucked onto my air filter!

Went back to tell the manager what had happened, and he offered no apologies and failed to take any responsibility for the negligent actions of his employees.

EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS!!!! If you value your car and good customer service, STAY AWAY from Ballard Grease Monkey! Tell your friends!
