I now have had two complete knee replacements done by Dr. Althaus and I am so pleased with the outcome of both. Wonderful, caring and fun office. Just a great experience all around and I am SO glad to be free of pain!

This is my best experience with a doctor. He gave me a chance to walk again. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Althaus provided excellent care before and after my surgery, I feel he and his staff did an awesome job. My surgery went great and I healed up very fast with great results! I would do it again in a heartbeat, and I tell everyone about it!

Dr Althaus was great in diagnosing and recommending treatment for my torn labrum in my hip. Started conservative, seeing if we could get results with PT. Listened to my goals for what activities I would ideally like to get back to and which I was willing to give up if necessary. When PT wasn't getting the results, he recommended surgery. He clearly explained what to expect and post-surgery went exactly as intended. Nearly six months out now and back to an active lifestyle. Have full confidence in Dr Althaus' diagnostics, recommendations, and surgical abilities.

My hip surgery went as smooth as possible. Recovery time was very fast and almost pain free. I would (and have) recomend Dr. Althaus and the anterior hip replacement.

Dr. Althaus is one of the best and you don't want to go anywhere else! Only with his compassion, vigilance, knowledge, and encouragement was I able to go from surviving to thriving after a major knee surgery at a young age. He was thorough and careful. He monitored my progress closely through recovery. Dr. Althaus' viligiance and wisdom physically saved my life, but his compassion and encouragement mentally saved my life too!

Very happy that my primary doctor made the referral to Dr. Althaus. He did a total hip replacement. He is an exceptional surgeon, takes time to explain and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Althaus and his nurse Deanna is the best nurse in the world. She answers any questions you may have and makes you feel comfortable.

I live in MN and was visiting when I broke my ankle. Dr Althaus looked at my xray and said "you broke it good!" Being from out of town, I was very nervous but Dr Althaus and his staff but my fears at ease. Surgery was wonderful, out of the hospital that day!
If you ever need a foot/ankle doctor/surgeon, I highly recommend this clinic.
