Once again the Bose Law Firm has fortified it's stance in defending victims of victimless "crimes"! Their legal knowledge and tenacity to provide you with 110% of it is, well, second to none. After originally being charged with "Reckless Driving" I called the only folks I trust with my legal defense. And that 110% came in to save the day. Nothing quite puts a smile on your face like walking out of the court house at 9:30am a free man!!!

I had no idea how serious a reckless driving charge was, until I received one. WOW! I had a perfect driving record (5+ ots) and was astounded by the incredibly hostile behavior of the Loudoun County sherif who ticketed me. He even called for backup! It was clear that he was going to pursue me aggressively, and I was distraught over his treatment. I researched several firms and settled on the Bose Law firm. I am so glad I did! Mr. Dischley immediately calmed my nerves, listened to my story, and was highly professional and efficient. He did everything he said he would, and was very accommodating. I didn't have to appear, and he sent me an email within minutes of the proceeding ending. As this was my first ticket, it was reduced--due to his expertise in handling these situations. After speaking to Attorney David D, I hired Bose Law Firm for an unfair "Improper Passing" Ticket on Route 50 in Arlington. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand/interpret the law, responded to all my communications via phone and email in a timely manner, and left me with a great overall customer service feeling. Attorney Bose came to court to argue my case, he was fantastic. The Officer in my case was extremely difficult and appeared to have a personal bias against me during negotiations. Bose Law Firm is highly recommended. I had never had any negative entries on my DMV transcript, but, when I received a ticket for reckless driving in Virginia, I realized that I needed a very good defense attorney. I thank Attorney Dischley for getting the Reckless Driving dismissed conditioned on me completing driving school and paying court costs. On completion of these two things, I would have no criminal charges on my record and no negative entries on my DMV transcript. Bose Law Firm is great, I had ticket for fail to Stop at a stop sign. Mr. Bose went into the court room and handed a note to the judge and she dismiss my case. He is the best. I don't want to get into trouble but if I do I know who to call.

I just had a case in the Arlington Court dismissed because of the trial skills of Mr. Bose. The officer said I was recklessly driving and making all kinds of moves with my car. She was a female officer and she was lying and bending the truth like crazy. The prosecutor bought into the act and said I had to plead guilty and that the judge would likely give me jail. This was total BS. Mr. Bose got mad at the prosecutor and we went to trial. He objected to every word coming out of the prosecutor's mouth. And the objections were being sustained left and right. That guy couldn't get anything into evidence. Then, the prosecutor started yelling at the judge and the judge started admonishing the prosecutor. It was like television. It was like the prosecutor had it in for me. I didn't do anything wrong and this guy was making like I killed somebody. The judge finally ruled not guilty and I thank Mr. Bose for this. He was so mad at the prosecutor and it showed. Thank you Mr. Bose!!!
