I can't speak highly enough about Affordable Septic Service, LLC. When Bobby & Kevin came out, we were expecting a basic pump but found we had bigger issues. They were very knowledgeable and explained the problems, even educating us on what would cause the issues we were having. These guys are great. I will recommend them to everyone and I will be using them again.

Called for routine pumping/maintenance. The Affordable Septic crew arrived well equipped and went straight to work locating the septic tank and field lines. Even with the county drawing, the tank proved to be an elusive rascal. After tracking the sewage line for 80ft, the tank was located at which time the crew went to work pumping and cleaning. The tank had not been opened in 17yrs. They also replaced the filter and repaired the T on the liquid chamber output. These guys were knowledgeable, professional, confident and complete. Absolutely satisfied and a raving fan.

After purchasing a new house that supposedly had a clean septic bill of health, learned I had been duped. Affordable Septic Service saved the day, and within 48 hours I had a nice, clean system! Their honesty and integrity have given me peace of mind. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Bobby and Allan were great! Had to come on a Sunday to avoid an emergency. They responded promptly and their charges were extremely fair for the circumstances. They explained everything that needed to be done and then suggested what to do in the future. They left everything neat and made as little mess as possible. We DEFINITELY be calling them for routine maintenance! Awesome guys!

I have had many houses in my life-time, due to my husband's job transfers, and most of them were on septic systems. I started looking for a local septic service and reading reviews. I found good reviews at most on-line review web-pages for Affordable Septic and I want to give a good review. Wade (and Nick) was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Their fee was reasonable and they not only pumped but cleaned out the filter. I have never had any company even mention the filter before. They came two days after I called and would have come the next day. I would highly recommend this company. I think the price and the work done was excellent. I will certainly call on them again for anything to do with my septic system. I live in Braselton, GA.

Excellent and professional service, definitely recommend! They arrived promptly, and charged fairly and took care to make sure that the job was done right.

We had a situation 1/4/2016 when we discovered water pouring out of our water meter. The county came by early evening after it was dark to check to see if the break was on our side or theirs. Upon closer inspections it was determined that the main water line had broken on our side, which meant we were responsible for all repairs. We called a few plumbers and were told that they could not get to our area until the next day. That did not work for since the county had turned off our water. We called a few neighbors to see if they could recommend someone. One stated, they had used Affordable and were very happy with the price and their work. I gave Affordable a call and gave the individual our information. Within 5 minutes of making the call, I received a call from Todd. He said he would be here in an hour or so. When Todd arrived, he could see we were in panic mode not knowing how bad our situation was, as well as wondering how much this was going to set us back financially. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and the cost did not break the bank (Thank God). It was cold and dark, yet you would not know this by the way Todd was laying on the cold and wet grass making repairs. Todd was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did not have a problem answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend Affordable to others because of Todd. The next time we have need for a plumber, we're calling Affordable and asking for Todd.

I had a great experience w/ this company.... they made a horrible situation as painless as it could be. Specifically, I dealt with Isaac, Todd and James and each one was courteous, polite and professional. Each went above and beyond to help get my issues resolved and did everything they could to work within my budget. They were able to get to us quickly, showed up when expected and maintained contact through every step of the repair so that I didn't have any surprises. Affordable is my my new go-to for septic issues.

Both Ken and Matt came out to my house after 11 o'clock at night. My septic had backed up into my bath tubs and it was the night before Thanksgiving as well!!! They were both amazing and helpful. This company provided responsive service tonight when we got home and had water all over the place. Extremely responsive, great customer service and honest about our septic tank and screen. If you have an emergency and need a good, honest and responsive company we highly recommend using Affordable Septic Service. They are affordable and did not charge us extra even though it was after 11:00 pm when they finished.

Affordable Septic saved us thousands. We originally called another company to come out for routine pumping of our septic tank. We were not experiencing any problems, it was just time for the tank to be pumped. That company came out and tried to tell us main lines needed to be replaced, clogs, etc. All of this in light of the fact that we had not experienced any problems or signs of a failing system. That company gave us an outrageous quote of $3000 to "fix" problems that were not there. Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion with Affordable Septic Service. They sent someone out the next morning, and as suspected our system was just fine. Affordable Septic is a family run business and everyone we spoke to was professional, understanding, and kind. Both techs that arrived at our home were respectful to us and our property, and most importantly honest and fair. I have never felt a need to write a review before, but I definitely believe this company deserves positive recognition. We will certainly use them again and refer them to anybody in need of septic or plumbing services.

I had Affordable Septic out today to pump my tank and clean a clogged line. They were prompt with courteous service. They did not try to sell me any services I didn't need and I am very happy with the professionalism of the gentlemen who responded. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quick and reliable service.
