We had a booking for Isaac Moving and Storage on the following weekend and it was on recommendation of a very close friend of my. According to me, this company deserves excellent reviews, and quite frankly I don't understand the less than stellar reviews. They made everything easy, from the prompt response to my call and the quick in person estimate.The company Isaac Moving and Storage is an equally opportunity employer to the quick and efficient packing and delivery. The price estimate was on target, they were on time, nothing was broken, nothing went missing, the 3 guys were extremely polite, helpful and patient when I decided to rearrange the furniture, twice. I can't recommend the company enough--I know I will be using them again.

Isaac’s Moving is fantastic. We found an apartment we liked and things started moving quickly. Seeing their super-high rating here, I called Isaac’s Moving and talked to Ami. Ami clearly explained their charges and emailed us the details. After a couple of emails back and forth we booked a move for 10 days later.



On the morning of the move 3 guys showed up right on time. (We had a choice of 2 or 3 guys, and went with three which turned out to be the right number for our place even though the hourly charge is slightly higher). All three were professional, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. They even used some of our extra boxes to protect some glass shelves, our tv, and other items.



The 3 guys efficiently loaded up their truck with the contents of our packed 1 bedroom apartment and drove it to our new place (just a mile away). The new place has a set of stairs at the entry, but that didn't slow them down a bit. They unloaded the truck at a furious pace and the whole move came in right on their estimate (4 hours on the nose).



The one casualty of the move -- our microwave -- they offered to repair or credit us. I took the credit, and they just deducted it from the cost of the move! No insurance paperwork -- just a "how much do you think it's worth?" and we resolved the issue on the spot.



Before they left each mover asked us whether everything was ok, then they charged our card and were off. The total costs were just what they said they'd be.



I highly recommend Isaac’s Moving if you want a relaxing (it's true!) move experience. They're wonderful.

We were recommended Isaac Moving and Storage by a friend. We din’t have anything major to complain about them. They completed my move in just 4 hours, including the drive time Both the movers- and the foreman were very friendly and knew what was expected out of them. Booking the move was also a breeze, and I really appreciated the follow-up phone call from the owner . Their Customer service is simply good and this company is making a real attempt to truly excel in this department. . My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier’s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad I will still recommend them .

Isaac Moving and Storage provided us outstanding service. From start to finish, working with these guys was a pleasure and a wonderful experience. Professional , awesome customer service oriented and good.



Initially my husband and I thought we could move ourselves since we didn't have that much 'stuff' in our 850 sq ft apartment. We lined up a friend, and later decided that we were going to want professional moving help since our current place had an elevator and our new place had 3 full flights of stairs. They were as quick as you could possibly be with three flights of stairs, and extremely careful with our stuff. We will use these guys for our next move!

Thier estimates were also resonable. We had furniture and boxes to get to a storage unit. Our movers, were fantastic. Team was on time, friendly and very accommodating of our request to change things around a few times. They handled furniture with great care! Were quick to get it to the truck and even faster to upload and get it. We will definitely be using them again once we get our new place! They are professional friendly and quick.

The guys from Isaac’s moving and storage were super friendly and accomodating in the office. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job maneuvering large pieces of furniture through narrow doorways and tight corners. The job went quickly and without any damage. I don't plan on moving again in the near future but will highly recommend them to all my friends. Thanks! I hired this company at the very last minute and they were very accommodating, fast, efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Three guys showed up early on a Sunday morning and moved our 2 bedroom apartment in just under 3 hours - very much worth the money. I will hire them again next time I move.

We have moved several times over the past few years and used a lot of different movers. There is no question that Isaac's Moving & Storage is a good company to trust your move. They were really fast and friendly, a difficult combination to find. Our stuff has increased by just three boxes, no new furniture added, but still it took these guys little more than half of the time it took two years ago, with other company, for loading and unloading. That’s getting your money’s worth. I highly recommend these guys.
