They guarranteed it would only take 1 week for my transmission to fixed and sent back to me. We own a business and the transmission was out of one of the work trucks. We scheduled upcoming work around being down a truck for a week or two at most, however one week from mantrans turned into over a month of excuses, lies, being told it was on its way back just to find out they lied again. 6 or so weeks later and they FINALLY sent our transmission back. There were other options for us to repair this transmission but we went with mantrans because of their "guaranteed one week turn around". Their deceitful business practices cost us a lot of business, and in turn cost us a lot of customers who, like us, grew tired of waiting. Being that this group is also a service based business, you would think they would understand that but they lie, promise things they never plan on delivering in a time frame they never intended to stick to, but they are quick to take thousands of dollars from you,then giid kuck getting them to answer the phone or respond to you at all. We asked how they were going to make this right, because the one week turn around guarantee they gave up front actually took 6 times longer and cost us thousands of dollars. The owner of Mantrans was supposed to call to discuss the possibility of a partial refund of our money, but of course, like the many lies before, that call never happened. Terrible, shady, dishonest business practices. This company should be ashamed of themselves for purposely hurting other business owners just to earn an extra buck.

Run, don't walk away! They lie when the truth would sound better! I have never been shoved around by another company like this!

I've never written a review in my life and I buy everything off line. Very dissatisfied with the service as of now I hope the tranny is a lot better than the customer service

These people are nothing but scumbags paid cash for parts in person and was promised parts in two days a month later still havnt recieved parts and they refused to send my money back by mail had to drive from georgia and get my money back then they acted like doucebags almost caught a felony so all i can say is buyer beware

Horrible never have I been lied to so much I waited 2 months to receive a sandblasted painted junkyard transmission when I called to tell them about the problem they assured me that they would have a new transmission on its way 2 months again later I called back no transmission it showed up I am once again told sorry we will have a new transmission headed your way 3 weeks later no transmission just want my money back these guys sandblast and paint junkyard transmissions and I have the pictures to prove it I am also taking my transmission to a Jasper shop who is going to document all of the parts that are supposedly replaced my transmission blew up after one and three quarter miles do not buy anything from this place I hope they are reading this and maybe they will give me a call back 616-788-0440 Jeff Urban once again I am warning everyone do not deal with this company you will be better off going to a junkyard at least you're getting what you paid for

I called Mantrans looking for a 5 speed transmission. They where easy knowledgeable about the product and had a great price. I was told it would take a little over a week to get my transmission it came in just over 7 days from the date I placed the order. Overall great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and they helped me with all of my needs with expertise and were very professional at the same time.
