This place is amazing the workouts are tough, the instructors are supportive and informative, and the techniques are practical and effective. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to improve their self-confidence, level of fitness, and ability to defend themselves.

I've been going since February 2010. I like the personal attention and the teaching method of Master Jerry Ingle. My kids like and respect him too. We are stronger and more self confident than ever. The Black Belt assistants are very helpful coaches when practicing.
