Provided by YPmobileThe car I purchased might not be a lemon, but this dealership sure is! My fiancée and I had been car shopping for quite some time and finally settled on an Infiniti G37. Upon first arriving at Napleton, we were warmly greeted by Michael, who no longer works there. Michael was kind, helpful, and made our experience pleasant. Everything was great up until we went to sign the paperwork where we regretfully had to work with Billy. Billy is the most deceitful salesman we have ever encountered. While we were in his office signing our lives away, he began explaining to us the warranties that came with the vehicle... But did not explain that they came at a hefty price. He began circling things all over the contract and when my fiancée asked him what he was circling his answer was "it's just procedure". All that Napleton required was a $4k down payment and I walked away with my new vehicle. A few days later as I am setting up my accounts with the financing company and am looking back over that paperwork, I realize that Billy tacked $4k worth of warranties onto the sale price of the car. Had I known I would owe an additional $4k, including interest, I never would have willingly purchased it. Billy explained to us that it "came with the car". Once I realized that my down payment was going towards bogus warranties rather than the principle balance as I was told, I called Billy up and insisted he remove them immediately. I went down to the dealership to sign cancellation papers for the warranties and was told they would be removed within 2 weeks. After 2.5 months, this problem has still not been handled. I have put numerous calls into Billy, who does not return my calls. I decided I had enough so went above Billy's head to the GM, Nick. Nick was not able to offer any assistance to my situation and transferred me to the accounting department. The woman in accounting promises to call me back ASAP to give me an answer on what the heck was going on. After not hearing back for 3 days, I called up again. Supposedly Napleton had over-nighted paperwork to my loan company but as of now I still do not know what is going on or if they are telling the truth. This was my first car buying experience and it was most horrible. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER have chosen Napleton. Bravo Billy, you conned a young couple out of $4k. He could have at least bought us dinner before he f***ed us.
