Complete Auto Glass is awesome! I've used them four times personally, and I've recommended them twice. They provide a great value, first of all, and they certainly stack up against their competitors' pricing, the full spectrum, and that's anywhere from major glass houses to companies that are just little, micro-companies. Rob Cervantes runs the company and he is fantastic on the phone. Their followup as a whole is really good. I haven't had any issues with regards to the product. The first time I used them was just under two years ago, and I used them again just yesterday. I would say the value is there, the customer service is good, and the follow-through is great.

Very friendly and was able to get a fantastic price for my sons car. Even when I ordered the wrong part, they were willing to reschedule with no hassle or extra fees and returned to do the job in a couple days. All parties I spoke with were professional, caring, and very easy to work with. I will use them for all our auto glass needs! Thank you!

I had a couple of windows broken and Complete Auto Glass's price seemed to be the best. They did the job while I was at work, so I didn't have to have it be done on my time. It took them about a hour and a half to 2 hours and then they were finished.

I tell everyone about Complete Auto Glass. They are always the cheapest price. They come to my home, I don't have to travel to them, which is very nice and convenient. And the guy is so nice to deal with and he always remembers me. I won't use anyone else. I actually couldn't remember the name of this company and accidentally used someone else. That was a mistake. They weren't as good, so I won't make that mistake again! Plus, they didn't take as good of care of me as Complete Auto Glass always does. I am always really impressed with the work and service they provide.

There were no surprises with Complete Auto Glass. I wasn't here at the time when they came out, but the windows were replaced and it seemed to have been fine. It was a matter of calling a few different companies, and Complete Auto Glass seemed to offer fair value and good service.

We had our windshield replaced on our BMW X3, and had an excellent experience with Complete Auto Glass. They went above and beyond to make us happy and make sure the job was done correctly.

Complete Auto Glass offered us a great deal on having three windshields replaced. The total package was cheaper than anybody else. They also give chip repair for when you get chips in the windshield, so everything is fine.

I found Complete Auto Glass online. They arrived when they said they would and did a full windshield replacement. The work they did was really good and I had no issues. I would definitely use them again for any replacement needs.

After getting into a wreck in my 2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo we rented through Enterprise a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Four days in and BAM, a cracked windshield. Not wanting to make another insurance claim and given the fact the vehicle isn't mine I wanted the best possible out of pocket deal! I called several auto glass companies in town and they all quoted me $300 on average (plus installation, supply and mobile fees). Found Complete auto Glass on a google search, talked to two of their reps and the next day 1/2 an hour into their time frame they were at my home replacing the windshield. The price they quoted me including tax and installation couldn't be match anywhere else. I have only written one other review and it was for a very negative experience for a car dealership in Colorado Springs, with complete Auto Glass I felt the need to give them credit on their well priced, timely and professional services. Robert (Owner and Manager) even called my insurance company to make sure I was covered. Then Robert spoke to someone else at my insurance company and made sure my re-tint was covered in the cost. I only needed to pay my $100.00 deductible and was not charged to replace the tint on my new window. The customer service was the BEST! The guys did a perfect job on the replacement and the tinting. They even took my old window out of my trunk, through it away and vacuumed my trunk clean! The technician made sure he came out and explained how the replacement was done and any precautions to take until the film was set. You can forget the national companies; you will not get this kind of personal service there. Complete Auto Glass and crew, has earned my future business. DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I tried to be a repeat customer since they did a good job the first time, but this time I seemed to have gotten lost in the shuffle. Not hearing back from them, I went with someone else. There's lots of quality competition out there!
