The team at Real Property Management Denver have been great! they are every responsive and always return calls quickly. They have been very pro-active and Real property management Denver was able to rent my condo out in the time frame I was originally told

switching over the lease went great and I am glad you were able to find such great long term tenants!

They are super available. Always returns emails and calls promptly. They really smoothed things out with my tenants when there were problems with construction.

They were very helpful and always made sure to keep me informed with everything. I've really enjoyed working with them!

RPM did an excellent job and communicated well throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable about the whole process and the market as well. This allowed them to obtain a higher rate for my property than I would have received otherwise.

Real Property Management went above and beyond to help us rent our property. Our agent even went to the property to shovel the walkways. We highly recommend RPM!

They run everything pretty smoothly and were very happy with things. Everyone there is very courteous and offers great results. They quickly answer all of our questions.

i would say from a person looking to move in a property they managed . .it was a set back because there is no urgency to return calls or flexibility in showing the units they are trying to rent. So that was very dissappointing, especially when time can be of the essense and you have to wait days to view a unit or even get a return call. I even found the staff to be "short" when speaking to them. . . It was my first time looking at this avenue to find a place to live and WASNT a very good experience.



so don't waste your time because they certainly dont have the time to show you a unit or even talk to you about one. . .

We've had our fair share of terrible experiences with property management firms over the years; however, we couldn't be happier with the services of Real Property Management Colorado. They are diligent and consistently fair and honest in their business dealings and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for third party management...

WORST PROPERTY MANAGER EVER! If I had the money to hire a lawyer and get this taken care of I would. Please do your research and find a manger that works for you.

I had RPM Colorado manage a property of mine over the last year. They collected the checks fine, and maintenance was a little difficult to deal with but adequate. The house was supposed to be cleaned for the tenants (we paid for it), but after talking with the tenants directly, they said the house was dirty. I will say they found great tenants, but they ignored our no dogs rule.

Following the tenants move out in the spring, we took possession of the house again. Several items were found to be broken (including sprinkler pipes, which we paid RPM to winterize). RPM has since ignored me on all follow up issues leaving me to pay them out of pocket.

With the exception of the poor follow up service, they were satisfactory (3, maybe 4 stars). Part of good customer service is how you follow up with your customers, and I feel their poor follow up gives then a poor ranking overall.

Entering into a property management agreement with this company was the worst decision my husband and I ever made. They lost keys. They failed to act in a professional manner on my behalf. They charged us for repairs they never made. They failed to fix issues when the tenants called for maintenance. My tenants were without a refrigerator for four weeks and finally moved out because of it….costing my husband and I lots and lots of money. They rarely returned my phone calls or those of my tenant. The general manager is extremely disrespectful and even went so far as to scream at the tenants over the phone before hanging up on them. Unfortunately…this is just the tip of the iceberg.



Real Property Management might be able to find you a tenant, but with unprofessional behavior like this….good luck keeping them. There are other options for property management. Please check them all out and don’t make the same mistake we did.

I have never experienced a company like this one. They are disgusting. They put a bunch of theives in our house, and they gave us hell all throughout the time we had an agreement with them. They insulted us, and yelled at us, and STOLE FROM US, AND THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS.

DON'T EVER EVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.
