Very friendly staff, I never had a problem with my breathalyzer or getting download. I had my bank account hacked so my payment was delayed and they were very understanding and even waved the late fees which they didn’t have to do. I would recommend them to anyone who may require their services.

I have been with Nationwide for close to 2 years. When I initially called to inquire about the process it was after hours, and I had spoken with Josh, who explained everything in great detail and eased my worries as this was one of the most stressful moments of my life. Every staff member from service technician to the front desk lady I have worked with both at the Troy location from initial installation, to calibration appointments at the Farmington location has been friendly, professional and treats you like family. When I needed to request schedule adjustments, and lock out appointments, I was guided on the next steps, and given same-day appointments. When going through a stressful time, it really helps to work with a company that takes care of you, so that you have one less thing to worry about. Thank you to Josh, Kristin, Nate, and Melissa for making the last 2 years stress-free. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I hated the thought of getting the device put on our only car to get my husbands license back, but the people made it better for me. Holly walked us through issues with great support. Josh was on stand by always available to help. Finally Kristin walked us through our finally process. All of them made sure we knew exactly what to do, how to take care of things and treated us with understanding and compassion. Thank you all for making a not so great thing into a easy time.

Nationwide takes a very humbling circumstance and transforms it into a business transaction with sincerity and professionalism. Very flexible in appointments, explains how to use the device-very easy-and has an excellent knowledge base of the court systems and how to make sure things are properly reported. Nationwide was so helpful from start to finish. The device itself is user friendly. Installation was done promptly, same day that I called to schedule (I had another device installed at another company that was not user friendly) the removal of my current device and the installation of their new one. They have accommodating hours and are flexiabke with appointment changes. I received outstanding customer service upon a violation reset. I was also seen the same day when needed. Removal was quick and easy. Nationwide made this experience pain free. I would recommend to anyone... in this situation of course.

I've had my device for about two years now and never once did I have a bad experience. Every staff member from service technician to the front desk lady totally professional. I had talked with the owner of the company about a vehicle swap and he was cool as can be about the situation took care of it with no questions asked even offered me a smoothie while I wait. While I had to wait for the vehicle swap I enjoyed my time lounging in a very comfortable theater style seat watching a huge flat screen t.v. I recommend Nationwide Interlock to anyone and everyone that has to have a device installed in their car. Real down to earth people working hard and taking care of their customers. You would be foolish to use another company.
