What a joke, I want to walk in with a company check, and walk out with ink. Sounds easy. Nope they will hold the check until it clears than ship the ink. They have no credit what so ever. Why did I ever go with them.

Very helpful with the coder and the conveyor. They ship same day and the equipment worked out perfectly. Saved about $6000 that would have been out the window had I not found them.

Bought a coder from them that did NOT work. They would NOT return our calls or offer assistance. We opted to return the machine (in 3 days!) but they would NOT provide an RMA and in fact said they would not accept IT back! We contacted AM EX to dispute the charge. They LIED and told AX that we would not return the machine! We sent AX ALL THE PAPERWORK showing we tried repeatedly to return it! They tried to wait us out to be out of the AX dispute period. I assume this is a standard practice on their part! We still have their crappy machine, waiting for pick up! WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE QUITE VERSED IN HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU CANNOT RETURN AND/OR DISPUTE!!

I have had three of their minis and two conveyors for a while. Just got a case sealer with a little case coder on it. Works great, even better and heavier duty than I expected. All good, their phone girls are nice and take good care of me and my guys when they call in. I don't give five stars, so here is 4 stars.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 ink cartridge refills and was shipped 10. Wanted to return 5 of them and they said they dont take returns. I explained the shipment was in error and they didnt care..... that was just their policy. Figured it was just one crazy employee.... but nope, its just the way they operate. Have left several messages to try and speak to someone else but nobody calls back. Stay away from these guys !

These people have no idea what customer service is.

Poor and misleading customer service, terrible products.
