Dr. Pontell is extremely thorough and talented. I recieved revision rhinoplasty and never dreamed it would come out so great! He has far exceeded my expectations. I researched for six years after my first failed rhinoplasty for the perfect surgeon to give me great results. He is the best at what he does.

I was amazed at how painless eye thr procedure was. I ha both the upper and lower lids done in office. I was awake during the procedure and was able to interact wit the surgeon, dr. Pontell. Two weeks later I am almost totally healed and today was able to use eyeliner. I definitely recommend thi to any woman who finds that her eyes ar e aging her. Dr. Pontell truly is an e xcellent facial plastic surgeon.

Had a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and fraxel laser resurfacing - extremely happy with the results. Dr. Pontell and his staff were very professional and attentive pre- during - and post procedures. Dr. Pontell calls the evening of the surgery and gives you access to his cell should there be issues. I would definitely recommend his services. My results are very natural and the comments I get are in the range of - 'you look great - have you been on vacation' - 'wow, you look great, retirement must agree with you.'.

I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Pontell in early November. I elected to have the surgery in the office and I am thrilled. Initially I was apprehensive but after meeting Dr Pontell and looking at the reviews I was ready to go. My friends who were unaware that I was having surgery notice a difference but only in that I looked refreshed and some said even younger. This was the outcome that I had hoped for. I am totally thrilled with Dr Pontell and his staff, especially Kay. They are wonderful and do beautiful work! Would highly recommend Dr Pontell!

I had otoplasty done and the results so far are great. I feel so much more confident about my look. Dr. Pontell explained the procedure and possible outcome and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The staff is very professional and prompt with scheduling requests. The only painful part of the procedure was getting local anesthesia at the beginning, as I opted to stay awake. The procedure itself wasn't painful and they made me as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this Doctor for this procedure, very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Pontell is extremely talented and I look ten years younger - or so everyone keeps telling me. I had the mini facelift and the entire staff was with me all the way! This was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

I have a perforated septum, causing minor (to me major, of courses!) cosmetic deformaties. Dr. Pontell was immedatiely able to identify the problem (after being misdiagnosed from multiple ENT's). Along the way he was courteous, informative and gave me an amazing result. I could not have asked for a single thing to be different.

I chose Dr. Pontell for my revisionary rhinoplasty after interviewing 5 other physicians. I had difficulty breathing after my first surgery (which was purely for cosmetic purposes.) Dr. Pontell knew immediately what to do to improve my breathing. He told me that during the surgery, he would do or not do only what was required to help me. I appreicated his honesty and I appreciated that he did not try to 'sell' me produres that were not required. I liked Dr. Pontell from the moment I met him. He is caring, compassionate and he listens before he speaks. Finally, I have a femine nose which allows me to be self confident.

Had a mini facelift and lower lid lift done by Dr.Pontell and I am very pleased with the results. The doctor has a patient and kind bedside manner and was accessible prior, during and after the procedures to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns.

Dr. Pontell and his staff were wonderful throughout the process. Dr. Pontell took all the time necessary to explain procedures, answer questions. I went into the surgery completely assured that his work would be amazing. And it was!

He gave me a thorough presentation of my options and accurate expectations for the results. He and his staff are efficient and exacting. Not only did Dr. Pontell do a skilled and exquisite surgery but the printed information he gave me regarding presurgical and post surgical care was both thorough and specific and included accurate expectations for pain and recovery.

Dr Pontell is such a nice man and he spends a great deal of time with after care. I chose him because his pictures on line were outstanding. And he did not disappoint. I love the results.
