Had kidney stones treated with lithotripsy. Good experience. No pain. Straight forward procedure. Explained everything well.

Dr Zafar did an excellent job and helped make this procedure much less stressful. Overall I am completely satisfied with the procedure. I was a little nervous going into the process for obvious reasons, but as soon as my wife and I had an opportunity to speak with Dr. Zafar, I was no longer nervous. The only feedback I have is in regards to the perception leading up to my appointment. The nurse sent some information via email that went to spam due to a hotmail email address being used. Dr. Zafar addressed this and stated that it is already in process to be resolved. That level of customer service is exceptional and not something you see every day. Other than the email issue and the office being under construction (not a big deal), the process and customer service was exceptional. The process was smooth and Dr. Zafar made it very easy and as comfortable as one would imagine it possibly could be.

Dr Zafar was very thorough in explaining everything and made me feel confortable though out the entire process.

Had a bad kidney stone attack. Saw the Doctor on friday afternoon and saturday morning he did the procedure. My pain was gone and he took good care of me .

Dr. Fawad was very professional and considerate of my comfort. The staff was really helpful in making my wife and kids feel comfortable during my procedure.I do feel that he was a little talkative but he held a great conversation. The time waiting in the waiting room was a bit. Over all my experience was great and I will be recommending my coworkers and friends ( if they ask) to him.

Dr Zafar has been taking great care of me for prostate cancer for the last several years. He is always available. I have his cell phone number so that I can reach him anytime I need to. He spends a lot of time with me on my appointment and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend him!
