The service required was satisfactorily delivered. It's a bit pricey though for a 15-minute work. Hope the company considers a better rate for a quick change of the toilet fill valve and flapper. The mechanism which actually costs $10.90 in amazon was charged for $35 and labor was for $300. Good that I got a $40 coupon which actually surprised the repairman. Hard for not having a man in the house. On top of the cost concern, I had a bad experience with a customer specialist who is immensely discourteous.

Chris arrived exactly when I was told to expect him, analyzed the situation immediately (sump pump inoperative),& completely solved the problem - including making that 3-4" of water in the basement disappear! I'm a fan! Also appreciated the supervisor's calls alerting me to Chris's eta & Myles Ganley's assessment regarding safety concerns. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Dazzling performance by all hands.

Both times I called Roto rooter, they were available within 3 hours. the tech arrived on time. Fixed my faucet and toilet quickly. The phone customer service people are friendly too.

The tech arrived well within the time window I was given. He was very professional and gave me good advice on how we'd fix the problems. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Showed up outside the window of time I was given, luckily I was flexible on my end and still able to meet them. The Techition was very knowledgeable and did a great job I will definitely use them again.

Tech #1566 was thorough! He showed us the damage roots were causing to the PVC pipe and explained everything to us. Very professional and knowledgable.
