The staff at Security Public Storage is extemely friendly and helpful. They will make the extra effort to take care of any situation that has come up regarding my unit, whether it has to do with a payment which they will quickly resolve; the sale of boxes and tape; any issue with signing into the facility; etc. I highly recommend Security Public Storage at the Bethesda location!!!!

Great management! They worked with me right before the holidays to get a unit secured, and talked me through the process from start to finish (this is my first time renting a storage unit). They had a deal on the unit I selected, which is great, and were very clear about the price difference once the promo has ended. No hidden fees or sudden price increases in my experience so far (going on 5 months).

I needed a 10x10 on short notice and these guys were very accommodating. The rental process was quick and painless. The facility is great - keypads that actually work (unlike a lot of places), clean and well-lit. Always plenty of carts next to the doors and elevator, too.

Security is excellent they have been super supportive and helpful on our journey as a new business and always are there to answer questions. One of our family members has been using them personally so it was a no brainer to use them now.

After three years of renting a unit at Security Public Storage on River Road in Bethesda, I highly recommend this extremely well-maintained storage facility and the thoughtful and responsive professionals who manage it, including Eric Aldrette, still there, who arranged logistics when I first came.

My rental contract with Security was month-to-month from the start. I visited frequently to collect and deposit home staging items, always short on time. Gate entry and parking were quick and convenient, and on every visit, I enjoyed my minutes in a clean, quiet, well-lit, climate-controlled facility. Every time, the smooth gliding carts and rolling bins were parked conveniently by the freight elevator so that two fit easily inside.

I decided to use Security Public Storage after contacting a handful of other storage facilities and finding a common theme: advertised storage prices were for units that were unavailable at the time of my call. Others had confusing pricing tiers.

Clean and safe facility with good staff

The location at 5223 River Road in Bethesda is super practical. There's ample parking and a good selection of units to meet anyone's needs. Property is well maintained and clean. Also, the office has good supplies at reasonable cost. Eric is my go to Manager - always helpful, polite, and nice!
