I have used other storage facilities in the area and Security beats them all hands down. Besides being convenient, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful (others fail on all 3). The prices and terms are reasonable, access super easy, and the facility is spotless. I could not have asked for more.

For over a year, we have stored our furnishings with Security Storage. We highly recommend it for many reasons such as the professional staff who happily have helped us and the clean storage areas that are easily accessible.

We moved to the DC area in 2013 and immediately signed up with Security Storage at the recommendation of colleagues who store very climate-sensitive records and possessions there. We have been completely happy with the company, its owners and managers, and its customer service. The facilities are immaculate and when we needed to downsize our storage unit the company was very helpful in every way.

Very happy with Security Public Storage! Their facilities were clean, they provided a truck and hand carts for our move and their staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in fulfilling our storage needs!

The front office staff is friendly and accommodating. Halls and elevators are always clean. Good lighting. Easy location.

My experience with Security Public Storage on River Road in Bethesda has been a good one. The staff is helpful and professional. The facility is convenient, clean and dry.
