We have been using Security Public Storage on River Road for about 7 years. It is our go to place for storage space! Nice rhyme! We have ALWAYS found the staff to be helpful and go out of their way in assisting us. The storage facility is clean and bright and the office tries to have anything one might need to facilitate storing "stuff".
Conveniently located for us and to grocery shopping too.

Highly recommend the Security Public Storage at 5223 River Road right next to the Crescent Trail behind the gas station. The staff is always there and on the job. Good camera system with alarms, clean and plenty of carts. Worth the monthly, climate controlled. Thank you Security Public Storage.

My experience with SPS and especially the onsite managers has been great. Efficient, polite, and present. When by mistake I had left my unit improperly locked during a weekend they sent me an email. That's customer service for me!

Great location with easy access. Compared to the others in the area it is clearly the best. Clean, well lit, well managed it offers the best storage experience and not overpriced either.

I really like the managers at this location, Sarah, Josh, and Eric are truly a wonderful team, you can't go wrong with them. Also, their facility is immaculate, offering climate and humidity controlled units. have been a client for many years and every time I visit my storage unit I feel like I'm visiting my second home.

Although it seems a little pricier than other storage businesses in the area, I wouldn’t leave this place. The staff alone makes the visit worthwhile, always attentive and willing to help. Even working with you on any issues you may encounter. I will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience overall. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family. The people that manage this location really know how to make a client happy. The facility is fully climate and humidity controlled. They also sell boxes and shipping supplies, really all you may need when moving, shipping or storing.

The best. Eric was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in setting me up with a unit that was perfect. He took his time to show me around. All units are climate controlled, which really is important. The location is convenient and the units are easy to use. The whole team is super nice, professional, and accommodating. They make the whole process and experience enjoyable.
