I've had Dr. Holloway and Kayla as my hygienist for several years. They are both excellent. Dr. Holloway has always been spot on - I've never had to come back to have his work corrected. Kayla is the best hygienist that I've ever had. I don't think she's ever slipped with a tool and she's extremely thorough. I met Dr. Brewer today and he amazed me with his incredibly quick observation from the x-rays. He was able to pinpoint the problem with perfect accuracy. Unfortunately I had to have the tooth extracted. Not something I wanted to hear or have to do but I was convinced it was the best option after talking with Dr. Brewer ~ I fully understood the situation. Angie, Dr. Brewer's assistant, explained to me the procedure and the different routes the procedure could go. I was very satisfied with her thorough explanation to my numerous questions. Dr. Brewer removed the tooth in exactly the same manner that Angie described as the best case scenario - AWESOME! I have issues with billing. Billing is very happy to leave a credit balance on your account until your next appointment. But when insurance is settled and I end up owing a measly $30 - they can't wait. Don't you see that I come in several times a year? It pissed me off to no end and I didn't pay and wasn't going to come back. I got over it.. I can separate the professionals from the staff. Although this must be a practice that was put in place by Dr. Brewer. So when I do finally pay off the collection because I want to see Kayla the back office staff have no clue. The payment was made to the local collection agency in person, in cash. How do you not have this in your system - it was paid a week or so ago. So really I'd love to give you 5 stars but your back office has always left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect it will continue but the professionals are too damn good to go elsewhere.

Now after paying my bill the lady has called me back to say I owe an additional $700. I am very disappointed in the way she treated me when i questioned the bill and told her about my experience.
