First Rate is awesome. I was very impressed with the experience we had. We have been very impressed while working with everyone at FRPM. We have seen nothing but kindness.

Worst property management company I've ever encountered. The staff can't answer simple questions about properties. You never talk to the same person twice. We had one girl show us the propert, a different girl go over lease and signing, and yet another girl do the walk throu inspection upon move in. None of these girls could tell us who pays for the sprinkler, nor did they look into it to find out (property is a duplex) and we are still unsure 18 months later. When calling the office staff members are rude and belittling, and they never return your call until you've called several times. Though we love our place we will not be renewing our lease!!!

This business is amazing. Being a single parent I recently lost my job, 1st Rate has been very understanding, and worked with me on my rent and circumstance. Thank you!

Brenda called and told me you had placed a very nice note on all the doors at her apartment complex today. She had a very early doctors appointment and had to leave before anyone else left so she saw all the notes on the doors, including hers. So thankful for First Rate being so attentive. So impressive! I've been asked how I can be comfortable owning property that is so far out of state. Every time I say that I have the right company for the job and I am absolutely comfortable with them! Certainly a better job than I can do! I think I made a great decision to purchase in Boise and hire First Rate to take care of things for me.

The old central air unit has not been working well. The guys that were sent out from 1st Rate PM were amazing. The made some changes that have made life much cooler especially on hot days.

I met Kelly on Friday 8/2/13. She was very understanding of my divorce situation, let me know what documents she needed from me to help me rent the property I wanted. I have had a difficult time since having a brain surgery and my now ex-husband abandoning me and leaving me with huge debt and bad credit. She was professional yet positive – I appreciate her.

I need to tell you how wonderful both Kelly and Liz have been during the process of finding an affordable apartment for our daughter Amy.

We live in Seattle and Amy will be starting her 3rd year at BSU this fall. Amy and I drove to Boise this past weekend. Needless to say, we only had two days to find an affordable apartment, fill out an application and pay a deposit.

I first spoke with Liz the week before, asking her about available properties. Of course I was a bit stressed out, she assured me that we would be able, with her help, to find something that met our needs. (Amy has her own washer and dryer...just adding to the complications!)

Liz prepared a list of properties for us to look at. At the end of driving 97 miles total that day looking at places, we arrived back at the office, just before 5 pm on Friday, hot and kinda grouchy. We asked about a specific property that we thought would work. We wanted to look inside before we were leaving to drive back to Seattle on Sunday. This was just not going to be possible as the showing appointments were completely booked up. We decided to go ahead and pay the deposit, site unseen, although we were able to peek in the windows at the property.

Then we hear a voice say, "Are you guys available tomorrow (Sat morn) at 10 am?" Amy and I said yes. Kelly said, "Ok, I'll meet you at the property then so you can take a look." Kelly was going to show us the property on her day off!

I am not kidding when I say that Amy and I almost started crying!

I cannot express how great it was to work with Liz and Kelly. Of course I had called several other property management companies before our trip and Liz was the nicest and most helpful. She actually returned my phone calls!

I believe they both went above and beyond their normal job descriptions and deserve kudos.

We rented a place from them for a year. We always paid them on time so no issues with that. Maintenance was done soon after notifying them and we got a fair amount of our deposit back. They were pleasant to deal with overall.

It was a great experience compared to our last place. Thanks for all your help-Your all great!
