This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle form KGF. I was in a bad position with a vehicle I co-signed for my daughter and she bailed and stuck me with a hugely upside down vehicle. Since I didn't want or need it and had to pay for it anyway, although I took a big hit; they were able to help me reduce it to about the least amount possible and I hope they make money too. Ain't nothing wrong with that. We all like that.

I am so thrilled with the entire car buying experience here. Trevor Martin was the sales manager that helped us through the entire experience. He is laid back, knowledgable and such a great guy to have had the opportunity to buy from! We were never promised anything they didn't pull through with. Extremely reasonable and gave me more than I was expecting for my trade. I'm so so so happy with this place! Please come here and ask for Trevor Martin!

Simple.... Great-service waiting room is nice, coffee and donuts. They also have fresh popcorn, and several snacks to choose from , clean restroom. Hector Delafonte and Chad Larson are the best. I wouldn't take my ford any where but Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad Ca.

The team at Ken Grody are so helpful and friendly. Bob Nellesen was awesome - very friendly and helpful. Everything was done quickly and exceeded my expectations.

Ever since I bought my F150 from them 9 years ago. I've been coming back to them for all my service for that truck and my work truck. Their service department is awesome. Dennis is a great service writer. He's very honest and won't sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I will always take my vehicles to these guys.

I don't think I have ever had a better customer experience than I have with Ken Grody Carlsbad Ford. These guys have bent over backwards to make sure my experience was the best it could be. I bought a used truck and had a few small problems which they took care of immediately. Not only did they take care of my issues they did another full inspection and fixed everything they could find no matter how minor to ensure my customer experience was the best it could be. They also paid for a rental car for the day and reimbursed me for my gas to drive down from the Bay Area. These guys have been in constant contact with me from the day I bought my truck. Regardless of the hassle I had to deal with, the Ken Grody Carlsbad management has been amazing at reducing the hassle. My salesman Eric Flores has also been amazing at getting things going for me and checking up on me throughout my experience. Great job Eric thanks for taking care of me even after the sale.

The best dealership offering the best truck. I am extremely satisfied with both. Robert Winter and John Krempke are customer oriented providing exactly what I wanted. Both were readily available to answer questions and provide vehicle status. I miss April.

Great salesman, not pushy. Very helpful and gave us what we wanted in a car. Actually had the car shipped from the dealer in Buena Park and delivered to Carlsbad about the same time we finished with the paperwork.

Five star experience at Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad !!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Winter who is the Fleet Director for the dealership, from my initial meeting and test drive he made the overall purchasing experience a positive one. I was very specific with the type of Transit that best suited my family needs and long distance trips. They did not have the specific vehicle I wanted on their lot so Robert did some searching in Southern California and found my ideal Transit wagon and was able to have it transferred to their dealership. In the end he found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price including financing. I plan on referring family and friends to this dealership if they are in the market for a new Ford !!!

Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad was truly Awesome! My visit here was such a noteworthy one that I just needed to share it. My wife and I are getting ready to go into retirement and travel the U.S. and needed to buy a truck to pull our 5th Wheel trailer, so we went into Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for which was a brand new Ford F-250 Lariat Crew Cab 4X4 (diesel) and couldn't be more pleased. Every aspect of our experience at this dealership was an incredible. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we could feel the difference. Ian Schoenberger was our Sales Consultant and his friendly, pleasant demeanor instantly put us at ease. He was extremely professional and had an extensive background and knowledge of trucks, there towing capacities, capabilities and limitations. His vast experience in this area coupled his understanding of the vehicles we were interested in was exceedingly beneficial to us and helped us greatly in making the right vehicle selection for our needs. There was No Sales Hype, No Pressure, just a true willingness and desire to educate and help us in any way possible; it was really a breath of fresh air!
