Over the years we have used every pool service in town, but John Hicks and Son are absolutely the best around. Honest, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, everything that you want in a repair service. Great experience from start to finish.

These folks are amazing people with good hearts and work ethic. They helped is complete a year long project. We built our pool ourseves, most pool companies shunned us due to the fact we wernt letting them do the work. Thos was a father/son project that i decided to do after being diagnosed with a serious heart condition. John knew why I was doing this and stepped up with his big heart and helped us with our liner install. Now, I am a do-it-yourself kinda guy, and can overcome most adversities.....I would have NEVER gotten this liner installed without experience proffesional help. I thank you and your family for helping me complete this bucket list gift to my family. We have been enjoying our oasis for a month and let me tell you; nothing is as awesome as the sounds of the laughter and the looks of joy on my familys and our friends faces as they splash around and enjoy the pool. John has shown up at my house on time every time. John gives expert advice. He installed a new liner and it fits perfect. I also needed a new pump which John installed this without a problem. This is the first pool season that I have used John and I am deleting all the other pool companies from my phone. John is the best.

We were in need of a new pool liner and bottom. John Hicks and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Our original sand bottom pool had always give us problems. John & Son's came in resurfaced the bottom with a Vermiculite Cement and literally made it new again. Re-measured and installed the new liner that fit like a glove. Could not have asked for better service and communication. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for repairs or service to your pool.

Mr Hicks has gone above and beyond to help us open our pool the last two years. He is always quick to respond to phone calls and if there is a problem he gets it fixed quickly! When we had an issue with out pool he was out to fix it before we even got home from work! Would highly recommend to anyone need help opening/closing their pool or needing upgrade/repairs to pump/filter system.

I was completely done with dealing with all the headache and complications I have been through with my pool it seemed like year after year it was always something and no one could ever give me advice or explain what I needed to do. Finally I was given Mr.Hicks number by a dear friend of mine and I couldn’t tell you what a God sent he truly was! It felt like he understood everything I was saying and actually took the time to listen unlike some of the other places I have talked to. I explained my situations and the frustration I felt. Immediately Mr. Hicks begin to explain the basics of the up keep of my pool and how I could keep a healthy pool with out all the money I’m losing trying to do so. He replaced my liner cheaper than any quote I had been given and restored my faith in quality service while showing me everything I needed to know about maintaining my Pool YEAR ROUND and even sat and talked with my husband and I like we had been friends for years You can’t find excellent service that feels genuine anymore. I’m telling everyone that has a pool and even those who don’t if you want a good honest person that makes a living at what he does but doesn’t seem like he is taken advantage of you and will treat you with respect and give you down to earth old school feel then Mr.Hicks and son are definitely who you need to contact for ALL your pool needs. John Hicks is old school. He answers the phone, shows up when he says he will, and does excellent work whether your building a pool, installing a new pool liner, or fixing the pool plumbing.
We have been putting new concrete around our pool and John did a great job of cleaning the liner and getting the pool ready to fill with clean water. After a full day of filling the pool, we turned on the pump/filter and discovered a broken pipe underground. You can imagine our disappointment. I called John on a Sunday morning, and he showed up in about 30 minutes to make the repair. Who does that? Not anybody else that I know that works on pools. John Hicks always takes care of his customers and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him if you need a new pool, liner, or just need a little TLC for your pool. Thanks, John Hicks!

If anyone is looking for a new Pool use John Hicks and sons pool services. These guys are awesome. From what our pool looked when they started to what it looks now we are amazed. These guys know exactly how to make a pool look good. They work hard and answer questions anytime of the day. I only recommend these guys, they do it right and at a very fair price! Please look at attached photos. One is the pool after it was complete and the other is a becore and after picture.

It's Saturday afternoon and our pool pump plays out. I've never used John before but call him and he was here within an hour and 20 minutes later we were back in business! John makes you feel like you have family taking care of you and what great way to do business. Very pleased with the quality of his work and his expertise. We will definitely be counting on John for all our pool needs in the future.

I was so impressed that when I called, John Hicks answered the call himself. No answering service, robots or voicemail. John is from the good old days of "Real" Customer Service! Words cannot express my gratitude for John Hicks! We just purchased a new home with a pool that the owner had abused & neglected. They also drained the pool too far & prematurely - Leaving us with the possibility of a $7000 problem for next season! - Mr. Hicks not only came in to do a full inspection, but also educated us as to how and what to do to winterize! - I am from Florida and had many pools before, but didn't know anything about winterizing a pool! After meeting with Mr. Hicks we have decided to just hire John Hicks and Sons Pool Service to take care of all of our needs! It is MORE than worth it to us to have our investment protected the Right Way, the Honest Way and the Most Efficient way!

Great service. We had a pool in very bad condition, he checked pump and all the other things and told us from the beginning an estimate including ALL the repairs. We had other pool services come look at it, and that all they did, look at it and only gave me estimates on liners. We had a problem with a pipe after the repairs and john didnt hesitate to come right away to fix it! We are so happy with his service and how beautiful he made our pool.

This is the best pool service ever! We had so many problems last year and spent I do not know how much moneyand time on getting the pool open. We found Mr. Hicks and he closed it and opened it for us this year. It is running like a dream. He is honest, trustworthy and does what he says he will do and however long it takes him.
