I would definitely recommend John Hicks and Sons to anyone who is wanting to build a pool or repair an existing one. Mr. Hicks came to our house just hours after we called to give us an estimate. The work was completed very timely and very reasonably priced. They replaced our liner and changed pool over to salt water. Mr. Hicks and his crew went well beyond what was expected (truly seemed to be more concerned with our satisfaction than maximizing their profit) and it was obvious that they took great pride in their work.

John Hicks and Sons Pool Service is the best! They have taken care of my mother's pool for 10+ years and treat her like family. Every year the pool is crystal clear when opened, even waiting until July to open. Their knowledge and kindness is a blessing. I recommend this company for all your pool questions and needs. I can't say enough about John and his sons.

They go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of even helping when local pool stores refuse to follow through with Hayward warranty work even at Hayward's request. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.

In three weeks, John Hicks & Sons eliminated the uncalled-for shambles that had been created and abandoned by another pool company nine months earlier. After being with some of the other pool services in the Dalton area, John Hicks & Sons put them all to shame. They were extremely friendly, easy to reach and are at the height of professionalism. John Hicks & Sons were able to install a salt water system, fix places in our pool liner, and replace our sand filter in a very short time span all while offering very reasonable prices. At the end of the day we now have a gorgeous saltwater pool, and a pool service we feel very fortunate in having found. I highly recommend John Hicks & Son for anyone looking for true pool professionals.

John Hicks & Sons... Where do I begin? They're professional, committed to fixing whatever you need fixing, honest, and their prices aren't bad either. They're my pool guys from now on. They re modeled my pool within a short amount of time and it looks great. Very pleased with John Hicks & Sons, tell all your friends THESE are the "good" pool guys...

I called John Hicks yesterday (Saturday) and he told me that tomorrow after church he'd be here to put a pump in to drain my pool. He's a man of his word, He was here, dropped the pump in and gone within 20 minutes. His crew is very respectful and does a great job. And for John and his sons to be the owners they don't care to get dirty. Most of the time either John or his son or both are always here. They are just good people that you can rely on when something goes wrong.

Would highly recommend this company. Exceeded our expectations. Mr. Hicks and his staff were very professional, efficient, was always available either in person or by phone at any time day or night for any questions or concerns that we had. Made sure that we were completely satisfied before taking payment for job. Absolutely love the pool. If anyone is considering a pool at least meet this man you will not be disaappointed.

Truly Amazed!! Rev. john and his staff are extremely knowledgable, professional and efficient in there work. He didnt give me a fast talking sales pitch like previous representitves I spoke with at other places, he actually took his time and broke down every single aspect of the work being done, and made sure that I had a clear understanding of how the system works, with that being said I have the most amazing 18 x 36 salt water inground pool with the bluest water i have ever seen, I highly recommend this pool company to any all..
