I had a wonderful moving experience with University. Chris & Blake were very professional when they came to survey my belongings. Beverly was very pleasant to talk with and called the day of the move to make sure everything was going fine. Joe and his crew were great. I would highly recommend University Moving & Storage.

I recently moved cross country then three weeks later I moved back to my original destination. Scott Fisher organized everything for me. He constantly kept me updated the entire time. He was professional and polite. The movers were excellent and polite. They were quick and handles every box and piece of furniture like it was their own. I would highly recommend University Moving and I would highly recommend Scott Fisher as your coordinator, as I will be using him and his company again in the very near future. No Worries.

During a very stressful time with the loss of my mom, I could not have asked for a better team of professional, organized, diligent staff members, beginning with Jeff Marcero, to Scott Fisher who kept me well informed (10stars) to the driver Joe and to the third party team.Clock work indeed. Excellent crew; great experience. 5 stars are not enough for Don and Tim. They were calm but intense and efficient. Very courteous and professional. They worked fast and never let up. They skillfully protected all belongings and premises. Best move ever.

I am so glad we chose university movers to move us from Michigan to Calgary. We where really worried about our move but it was so smooth. The entire staff who handled our move are so professional. Even though we had to store our belongings for a month everything arrived And in one piece. I was worried because I had read a lot of unpleasant experiences from people we moved. I also find the follow up was awesome. Scott kept us in the loop about our shipment and constantly updated us on timing. They also made the move easier by supplying us with all the laws and requirements and forms for cross border shipping. When our things arrived to customs it took me 5 minutes to clear our things because everything was ready and in order. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a pleasant experience. We moved several times but this move was the smoothest and most worry free!

Fantastic service! From the estimate, to move date, to actual move. The crew sent was top drawer and very accomodating to some of my needs! They made light work of moving an organ and a piano from several stories! Clean, quick, and professional. I would use University moving again and highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service. Had a very difficult move from a home to a condo on the 3rd floor. Some of the furniture had to be walked up 3 flights of stairs because it would not fit in the elevator. They worked so hard and were so careful. Doors were wrapped with blankets to protect them. Floors were covered to prevent dirt and soiling. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I have moved 4 times in the past 5 years, both locally and across country. University moving just moved us from Ann Arbor, to Houston, TX. Unbelievably professional company. The driver (Rhett) and his crew were very conscientious with all of our stuff - not a single thing was broken or damaged. The estimate was right on, and we have to move again next year for work and will only use them.

My move came about very quickly and I had little time to search for the "perfect" mover. After getting three in-home quotes and a few more via phone, I went with the least-expensive in-home quote I received... which happened to be University Movers. As it turns-out, I not only got the best price but the best value, because my moving experience was simple, easy and totally uneventful (just the way you'd want it). Mark, my driver, and his helper on both ends took excellent care of my stuff as if were their own. Although there was one casualty in the move -- a large particleboard wardrobe unit from IKEA that was really not meant to be moved yet had already survived two previous moves--Mark offered to salvage the parts from it I wanted to keep and then disposed of the rest for me (which otherwise would have required hiring a private hauler). I can't fault him for the breakage, but I do credit him for how well he handled it (even after I had signed a form releasing NAVL from any liability on that kind of snap-together furniture). Most impressive, my belongings made the cross-country trip in just about a week -- and I was really pleased that Mark was the same driver on both ends. Scott back in the office was my moving coordinator and did a fantastic job keeping me posted on the move status as providing info leading-up to the move (as well as following-up afterwards). Great job all-around!

We were referred to University Moving by a freind for our recent residential move. Joe Marcero stopped out to give us a quote and he was very thorough and professional. His crew was very polite and they took great care packing and moving our belongings and setting up at the new house. We will be referring them to friends and family and they will be our first call for future moves.

We were really pleased with the service of UMS from our sales rep Matt Adams to the coordinator Olivia Butler to the crew who packed us up and moved us in (Eric, Tim, Bernaby, Pat, Bob). They were professional, efficient, kind and careful with our things. This was our first time using professional movers and we were greatly satisfied with every aspect of the service! Definitely check them out for your next move!

Our offices were being remodeled and we needed everything moved out on short notice and then moved back in on Monday morning so that we could take care of clients. Joe Marcero coordinated his crews and the move was executed perfectly. It allowed us to focus on business and not on the details of a remodeling project and office move. We will definitely use them again in the future and I will certainly recommended friends and business associates to University Moving and Joe.

Awesome staff of movers!! Joe and Mark are very accomodating and always provide excellent customer service no matter the job size. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers or a storage facility!!
