Always understanding and easy to talk to

Dr. Velling and his staff are always creative and caring. They make sure that I never have pain with my procedures and they always care about how I'm feeling before, during and after procedures. When procedures don't work, they try different things. Thank you for all that you do!

He is patient and always friendly, as is his staff. If I have any questions or issues they are all very accommodating.

Skips over repeated reports stating that i cannot work. Full time and our current plan isn’t working and something else needs to be tried. Goes nowhere.

Things are moving along, if a little slower than I thought

The doctor was very understanding.

I had a lot of pain issues that were out of control before I went to Dr Velling. He patiently went over my options and helped me find a course of action.

Dr Velling is dedicated to achieving best patient outcome regardless of time it takes. He moves toward least invasive procedure first, but continues to problem solve for best resolutions.

Dr. Velling was very reassuring and professional in his diagnosis.

IT is great to finally speak to a interventionalist who listens and is clear about the expectations regarding insurance coverage and when we can do the procedure i would like. Prior MD's were like we will do it and process your insurance but if they do not cover you will have to pay the difference. It would be nice to know this information up front. It was also great to have a MD who listens regarding the fact that i have had several interventional procedures so i already know which ones work or do not work for me and the fact that he listened and was like then lets not repeat those that dont work, and move forward.

I had a great visit with the Doctor. He thoroughly explained himself to me and he also covered areas that were explained to me by Doctor Martin. He wanted to to know when my back surgery will be and that he wants to follow up with me after I’ve had surgery. I enjoyed my conversation with Doctor Velling and look forward to seeing him after the surgery.

Always eliminates pain. Procedures have no discomfort. He’s persistent to eliminate problem back pain. Great doc
