Clear communication about problems and what the plan of care is for future follow ups. I trust the care and would have my family see him.

As always, Dr. Velling's assistant, Felicia, is helpful in giving computer directions and eliciting medications taken, and formulating appt needs.
Dr. Velling is personable, professional, educative, takes his time in eliciting concerns, and summarizes what we have discussed in our problem-solving. I am a long-time patient of Dr. Velling and have implicit trust in his judgement.

Dr Velling is a caring professional. I have a complicated case and he refuses to give up on helping me.
