Awni installed my water system over 5 years ago and till this day, he still comes to check on my system every year. Now only does Awni have a vast knowledge in the products he installs, but he is also friendly and professional. Once I unplugged my system because I had to use the outlet and forgot to replug the system back for several days. Thinking that my system's regeneration schedule was off, I called Awni. He came over the next day and helped me reset my system, no charge. (And that was well after two years from the install date!).

I had the system installed in my house more than a year ago and Awni Rasheed has been simply outstanding in not only his customer service, but also in the products and pricing. He recommended the best products for my needs and had them installed well. In addition, he immediately responded to a service need and took care of it in the same day - very commendable. I earlier had a softener which I bought from Home Depot (GE brand), In one year it started leaking, it turns out the drainage pipe was blocked inside the softener, anyway I had to get rid of that GE softener and searched and found this company giving very good deal on Watts RO and Softener system, i got it from them and completely satisfied even after 1-1/2 years. Awni is very professional and does a good job in convincing you to buy his product and of-course they are good. I called him after an year and he promptly changed the filters and did maintenance check on softener.

I have been Awni's customer for 10 years and we recently purchased our second water softener from him since we bought a second home. The first one worked flawlessly and now our tenants love it. We have advanced water system for about a year plus.It was installed to my satisfaction and we are very happy with water quality. Mr. Awni is professional in his approach and answers my questions promptly. Few days back I needed to move the system as my backyard needed landscaping. Mr. Awni came to my home and helped move the system. He checked water quality again to see if I need filter replacement. He is courteous and we like the service offered. I would recommend his company , product and services.

We live near downtown in San Jose and as you would know water in this area is really hard. Our skins were getting drier, clothes smelled like detergent. So we got the water softener system from Advance Pure Water System. We received an extraordinary customer service from Awni Rasheed . His plumber also took care of installing it in the side of the house outdoors and draining it in the backyard (into existing drain). Most other plumbers could not figure out how to install at our place. The water softener is working good so far. We noticed remarkable difference in the water after installing the softener. Skin feels soft, hair feel great and the clothes smell clean. I would strongly recommed Awni Rasheed for your water softener and fliteration needs anywhere in San Jose or around.

We have been using the Water Softner supplied by Advanced Pure Water Systems for past 05 years and are extremely pleased with the system performance. When I moved to Pleasanton in 2010 we felt the water in Pleasanton is hard, so

I talked with couple of friends and came to know about Awni Rasheed.

I called Awni and he came promptly and discussed the options and

we set up the appointment immediately. His buddy Santiago came and installed

the water softner & reverse Osmosis with great perfection with out any glitch.

Since Dec 2010 we have the system running with out any glitch. I wanted to wait

for an year to see how the after sales support is before giving a review.

I called after an year to check the filters/system. Awni came after couple of

reminder calls to him and did the check and filters. I strongly recommend

Awni Rasheed to new customers.

We have the system installed for over a year and we have been receiving great service and response, our filters were immediately replaced and we are happy with the service. I have referred this to many of my friends and I recommend the same for worry free service and free inspection and maintenance.

Dont trust this guy's promises of free filter replacement for 5/10 years and 5/10 years of free annual inspections. Once he installs the system and gets his money, there is no way you can get in touch with him. He wont return your calls when the time comes to replace your filters. I wanted to give him 0 stars but the system insists me to give him atleast one star.

Superb Softener from Awesome Awni...



We moved to SR 6 months back and was desperate to find a solution for hard water. I bumped into Awni and within 3 minutes of discussion was ready to install the system. He is absolutely fantastic person with no sales gimmicks and tricks. Get the facts and go. The system was installed in 2 hours and we could instantly feel our appliances and pipes thanking us. The drinking water is at its best purest form.

Awni has great worker Santiago. I see many GE systems in our area from Awni. That doesn't surprise me at all. Awni ensures you get complete value for what you pay and beyond. He takes care of the service/filter and whole nine yards. Just install and leave it. That GE puppy is a mini robot and Awni the fine master with remote. I'd encourage every home owner to have this system and enjoy better health. You'll stop drinking beer but switch to just water. Trust me!

I moved to San Jose and was looking for a solution to the hard water about 5 years ago. I called Advanced Water Products and another company. I ended up speaking with Awni Rasheed who was awesome! No sales gimmicks! The follow up has been phenomenal to make sure the system continues to work properly. Not to mention the water from the R.O. system is the best water! I no longer buy bottle water, which is awesome!



I've had the system now for a little over 4 years and Awni still continues to check in to make sure the system is working properly. He always works around my schedule, including coming down to San Jose early on Saturday mornings. Awni knows the true meaning of Customer Service!! Anyone interested in a water softener and reverse osmosis system (which I highly recommend) should definitely call Awni at Advanced Pure Water Systems.

I installed my soft water and RO conditioner from Advanced Water Product folks about a year back. Awni Rasheed (who runs the outfit) and his handy man (Santiago) installed the unit in less than couple of hours. The installation was very professional. The plant worked fine for couple of weeks and then developed a snag. Awni was very prompt in response and diligently tried to troubleshoot the problem. Ultimately, he swapped the unit with another one and the problem crept back in a week’s time.

Awni once again was very prompt in response to my SOS call and this time tried to get help from the GE rep. This time the cause of the problem was apparently “high pressure” water in my neighborhood. The GE unit was not able to function due to this. Awni was hell bent in resolving my issue and came back in a week with a totally new unit/plant from another vendor and swapped it out himself at no charge!

I find Awni’s interface and promptness a “Gold Standard” for service based industry. Folks like him are rare and I am fortunate to have met him !!!

Awni has been tremendously helpful. He installed our water conditioner over a year ago. He recently came for an anuual inspection. Everything tested fine. A few weeks later our power supply quit on us. He came back and swapped it out himself at no charge! Super customer service. Not only is he a hanyman himself, but he is a marketing genius. He has about 90% of the market in the new Schaefer Ranch development. Definitely a good sign for the neighborhood.

I was really impressed with Awni and the deal he made me. I went with the GE Advantapure system for a few reasons:



1. doesnt require expensive consumables like competing solutions do

2. Don't have to worry about GE going out of business

3. Awni was a one stop shop. He did everything with regard to the install. Even helped me with the permit.

We installed an Advanced Water Products' (GE AvantaPure) water softening systems in our new home in San Ramon about one years ago . Awni the person running the show did everything to provide best possible service to our complete satisfaction. I then recommended him to a few friends of mine and was happy that they were also highly satisfied . We recently installed GE Advanta Pure water softener through Advanced Water Products in our home in Dublin CA. The experience has been great. Mr. Awni Rasheed is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The water tastes great. We do not have to buy bottled water any more. The soft water also moisturizes the skin. We highly recommend Mr. Rasheed and Advanced Water Products.

We installed an Advanced Water Products' (GE AvantaPure) water softening systems in our new purchased home in Fremont about tow years ago. All I have to say is me and my wife are very happy about this investment we have made as well as the service the company offers. We've had no problems with the system at all. We've had one of Advanced Water Products water softening systems (a GE AvantaPure) installed for about a year, and have just had Awni Rasheed back to perform the annual service. We've had zero problems with the system, we notice the plusses everytime we shower or boil a kettle. No scaling, no build-up on the glass or marble shower walls.
