We recently moved to the new condo. I found a flyer of Advanced Water Products company on my door knob. I called the number and scheduled a meeting with Company's representative Awni Rasheed. He explained to me in details all the advantages of having soft water in my house. So, we with my wife decided to have the system installed in our house. The service was perfect. Awni did everything to provide best possible service to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this service. We are very happy now with the soft water - no stains at all, and the water filtering system works just perfect.

I recently moved to San Ramon which is notorious for its hard water supply. I was fortunate to have been referred to Advanced Water Products. The sales Manager, Awni Rasheed, is a breeze to work with. Throughout the entire process, I have never felt pressurized to buy from him. He was there to explain and lay down the options I have, and I felt confident that I made informed decision on my purchase. I ended up buying a water softener from him, while he also helped to move my RO water filtration system from my previous place.



Awni is not one of those sales person that disappears once you sign on the sales contract, and leaves the work to the technician. Awni followed up and visited my home to ensure the systems are working right.



The technician, Santiago, is a hardworking and amiable individual who cares about customer satisfaction. He visited my homes a couple of times to install the softener, remove the RO system, and install it in the new place. He was never late and he cleaned up the place before he left.



I would definitely give Awni and Santiago two thumbs up.

There are so many home water filter products available today and from so many vendors, it is easy to get confused! So, I played it safe and went with the person and company recommended by my local community. I am glad I did. I am satisfied with the peformance of the products, but even more so by the regular followup and service by the representative, Awni! This shows that he stands by the his products he is selling and wants to keep them in prime working condition. It gives a reassurance. I would strongly recommend you to bypass the hype and first check this company out.

It was quite an adventure trying to figure out what water softner system to go with. I made appointments with three companies to come to the house and go over each of their systems. I also did quite a bit of follow-up research on each of the systems and found that bottomline they all soften water. In the end I went with Awni Rasheed of AWP because he was the only one that was aware of the fact that Dublin requires permits to install a water softner. I called the City of Dublin to confirm this and when I asked them what companies they were familiar with, they would not recommend any one company, but the individual I spoke to informed me that AWP was a regular visitor to the office applying for permits to install water softners.



Awni also came up with a solution to address the fact that my sewer outlet was in the front of my home and would require them to dig under my front steps. Of the three representative he was the only one that had a solution that allowed me to avoid having to have them dig under my front steps, and the cost to do so, while still meeting building codes. I appreciated the fact that he was just as concerned as myself to make sure that the installed system looked clean and did not affect the look of my home.



The other representative wanted me to question the reliablility, quality of service and sincerity of AWP, but I found the facts to be just the opposite. Awni and his installer Santiago are honest and diligent individuals that you can count on to do the job right.

I have been frustrated with water quality in Fremont since I moved. I contacted few water softeners companies reps to come over to test the water quality. I was shocked to find the amount of harness in water in Fremont. However I had to keep on pushing the installation due to the exorbitant quotes I received for installing a water softener. I found out about advance water products in my search on google. Initially I was skeptical about the company but I was pleasantly surprised with the professional attitude and Awni was so nice to deal with. My installation was done right on time for water softener and 5-stage RO. I have been using it for about 2 months and am very happy with the service. I would give them thumbs up for your hard water solution.

We have been thinking about installing a water softener system for a while. We made some inquiries with some big box stores and did online research, that about it.



I wanted more concrete information, I called Advanced Water Products with the intention of getting some info. Awni Rasheed answered the phone, he offered to come over and provide all the information.



He came at the scheduled appointment and did the water test, explained the systems, looked at the plumbing at my home and explained how easy the system can be installed.



I was fairly impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I had placed the order at the same time, he scheduled the installation for the next day.



Avanta Pure GE System w/ 5-stage R/O installed as he promised within the time he promised.



We noticed a minor leak in the system, we called Awni Rasheed, he came by next day and fixed it.



Overall, my experience with the company and Awni in particular has been very good, and I would recommend anybody who is thinking about installing the system.

We had an Avanta Pure GE System w/ 5-stage R/O installed in second week that we moved into the current house. It was a clean installation and we have been since enjoying the softened water. We are happy with the installation and the performance of the system.

I have been using Advanced Water System for past 18 years and I am very pleased with the investment I made long time ago. The water quality is exceptionally good and I am not hesitant to say that the taste and quality of Advanced Water has superseded all other water systems in the market including bottled water.

I must add that the customer service Advanced Water System provides is also very exceptional. Mr. Awni Rasheed has great relations with his customers. He is very reliable and an honest gentleman. He quite frequently makes phone calls to his customers to make sure that they are satisfied with his products. Mr. Rasheed also makes extra effort for his clients with his follow up visits. I find him pretty accessible either by phone or in person.

From my own personal experience, I would strongly recommend Advanced Water System to any household that is considering to invest in a quality water system.

I have been using GE Water Softner for almost 1.5 years and never did i have any problems. The product is very reliable and works great. Above all, Awni is a through professional, very dependable and highly responsive. I can't expect more in terms of reliability of product and quality of service. Folks, We recently got one of this soft puppy installed in our new home at San Ramon. I cannot explain the difference this is going to make to your new home. We started noticing white patches all over the place in one week and SR really gets hard water. Bumped into Awnee and was sold within 3 minutes not because he oversold it for us but we went through the pain of getting 10 Gallon water every week from Pure Water for last 10 years. I feel worth the money.



Coming back to Awnee, he is great professional to work with. Never tried to make typical sales pitch and oversell. Very honest, fun, easy and flexible to work with. One thing i like about him is sticking to his timely commitment. Santiago is worth quoting here as well. No wonder the team keeps getting more jobs. I haven't seen more honest, sincere and cool guy than Santiago. I had requested my wife to tip him after the work but he was reluctant to accept. In a way, my wife was feeling awkward-). Take that how many times you feel awkward tipping someone for wonderful job!.



Overall, happy to have another gadget. My shoulders and back will definitely thank me. So do yourself a favor and get one.

We recently moved to San Ramon area where the water is hard. .



We noticed that the water left large spots in the stainless steel sink and our hands became very dry after washing and cleaning. So in the back of our mind we knew we would require water softener in San Ramon and it was on our “to do” list. Move is a big hassle and having to select contractors and product makes it even more complicated. But our life became very simple after Awni Rasheed, sales manager for Advanced Water Products Corp, showed up on a rainy Sunday morning promptly on the scheduled time. He explained in great detail the functionality of GE advanta Pure Water System with Reverse Osmosis and how it can benefit our life and extend the life of our plumbing system.



It was our new home and I was quite apprehensive at first about installation as it required digging and drilling holes on garage wall …. But I must say that the Plumber from Advance Water Product was a real PRO. I watched the entire process.

He was on time and he did an excellent job of installing the system and after it was all done he cleaned up the ground and patched the holes and painted the wall. He double checked for leaks. In the kitchen where the Reverse Osmosis system was installed, the Plumber did an excellent job. Double checked his work for functionality and leaks.



The entire process was completed in about 4.5 hours.



Awni Rasheed came by the same day to checkout the system and explain the functionality.



Some people just sell you product and never follow up and you have to deal with “other “ folks. But I must say that I’m very pleased and satisfied with Awni Rasheed’s Pre- and post sales service



My family is already seeing the difference. The Dishes are clean, the hands are not dry, the water tastes excellent and brand new plumbing system is safe from the harmful effects of hard water.

Details:



We moved to Dublin, CA in April 2010 and noticed hard water problems in our house.

-- Water mark left on dishes

-- Got itchy after bath

-- Could not get clear ice made by refrigerator

-- Rust around faucets because of hard water

Therefore, we decided to install water soften system with a drinking system.



Advanced Water Products sent representative to our neighborhood and provided good initial explanation on how their system works. So we decided to contact them for this project.



Awni, their sales manager, called back promptly. He is willing to come on-site as late as 8 PM during weeknights or sometime during weekends, which is very flexible. Awni's on-site visit provided very good explanation and comparisons. We were very impressed by his presentation and therefore, we asked Advanced Water Products to install system for us.



The installation was scheduled on weekend, which took 4.5 hours or so. During Awni's post-check visit, he found some minor issues caused by installation, and he took care of them right away.



After the installations, here are changes.

-- The total disolve solid (TDS) test result was 223 parts per million (PPM) before the installation and now it is only 14 PPM.

-- We now have spotless dishes

-- No itchy after bath

-- We can get clear ice made by refrigerator



We are very glad about the water quality and we will definitely recommend them to friends if they want to improve their water quality.

We bought a water softener and drinking water filter from this company. The product works as expected and we've had no problems with it. The owner (Awni) is good to work with.



Installation was prompt and straightforward; his plumber showed up on time and did the work quickly and well.



We've not had any trouble. During a follow-up visit, Awni noticed the clock was wrong on our water softener, and he fixed that for us.

I purchased my water filtration system over 3 years ago and I am very happy with the product purchased and the service provided by Awni, Advanced Water Products rep. Year after year he has continuously followed up with me to ensure that the system is providing me and my family the cleanest and healthiest water and also ensure that we are happy with our investement. This was one of the greatest investments I've ever made.

We live in the San Ramon area. Prior to moving to this new house we used to get East Bay Mud water which used to be excellent. The water used to be sweet that sometimes we used to drink straight from the tap. After moving to this new house we realized that the water will now be served by Dublin-San Ramon. Instantly we found that the water was very hard and not drinkable from the tap. At that time I had an opportunity to meet with Awni Rasheed. He was referred by a another friend of mine who lived in Dublin. Awni came to our house and gave an overview about the GE product (water softener) as well as the water filter (the one that has reverse osmosis). We thought of giving it a try especially since that water was tasting pretty good at my friend's place in Dublin. After installing the softener and the reverse osmosis we now get a clean water that is safe to drink. The water tasted really good. With the soft water when we take bath we could easily notice the difference. As far as service is concerned Awni makes it a point to visit our place every year to change the filter. The service is excellent. Starting from this year onwards he said that he will be making visits every 6 months to check the water quality. If the quality is going down then he will be changing suitable adjustments on the softener. Overall I like the service. The product is very good. I would be happy to refer Awni to anyone. He was very courteous and provided a wonderful service. I haven't seen anyone take some time to explain what's going on. He promptly responds to any calls that we make. Overall a wonderful experience and thanks to Awni and Advanced Water products we now have soft water that is easy on the skin as well as great tasting drinking water.
