2nd time I take a car there and all the process was smooth.

The repair on our car was amazing! They did an amazing job that fixing the damage and the paint job as well.

They are incredible. They keep you updated through out their whole process in making your vehicle looking great again. Their staff are all polite and professional. Their repair are top quality

I had an excellent experience at Francis Collision Center in Fresno. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Kevin, who handled the repairs, was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. The damages were repaired quickly and efficiently. My car looked great when I picked it up!
The front desk staff also went above and beyond. Not only were they polite and professional, but they also kept me updated every step of the way. When my insurance company kept lagging and delaying things, the front desk did everything they could to help communicate with them and move the process forward. I really appreciated their patience and support.
After the initial repair, I noticed a new noise that I believed was related to the original damage. I brought the car back, and the team took it in again without hesitation. Even though the insurance ended up denying the additional repairs, the staff remained understanding, respectful, and helpful the entire time.
And as a nice bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car before returning it. I think it was a thoughtful touch and it didn’t go unnoticed.

If you’re looking for a shop that’s professional, fast, and genuinely cares about helping their customers, I can’t recommend Francis Collision Center enough. Huge thanks to Kevin and the whole team!

My experience with Francis Collision Centre was outstanding. The best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. The estimate was more than fair and accurate. What I agreed to up front is exactly what I paid. The work looks great. If I told you what they fixed, you would not be able to see it. The entire process was painless. Jaunita and Bernadette in the front office were very courteous and professional. My paper work was ready when I arrived to drop of my vehicle. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was promised my vehicle in 4 days and it was ready in 3, cleaner than when I brought it in. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Francis Collision to my friends and family, and anyone who is in need of quality and service for their vehicle repair.

Car we were provided was perfect for the month we needed it , very spacious for a family of 4 with 2 kids , Francis collision was very helpful through the whole process and kept us up to date with our services for repairs on our car . We’ve used multiple times already .

Overall my wife and I are happy with the experience they fixed our car to as good as new. It did take a few weeks but it was understandable because the undercarriage damage was extensive. Additionally we appreciated that the stayed in contact with us updating us throughout the repairs.

Thank you for your kind, courteous, and timely, service to my car. I was sent to Francis by the insurance company, I am grateful I didnt have to pay for it. I hear damage like this could be very costly, and much more than what was paid. So for that I am highly satisfied. They took my car in and completed the work before it was estimated to be returned, so their service is excellent. The customer service, would send me text messages and give me phone calls updating me on where they were at in my service, they did an excellent job communicating with me. Overall I'd rate their service, quality and value as EXCELLENT!! Took my honda civic here for major repairs due to an accident. The receptionist informed us of every detail and gave us updates daily which is very much appreciated. They were very friendly and understanding! Spoke to Kevin and he did an amazing job at explaining what was going to be done with my car. Very happy with the results of my car ! Definitely recommend this shop .
