Had my car fixed here and they had it ready for me super fast! They took care of my car rental which helped out a lot! My car is looking really nice

Exceptional service! 1st time getting a repair here & I'm truly impressed. Staff really does give 100% service to customers. We were amazed how quick the service was. Work done on the vehicle was great quality. We recommend 100%. Really appreciate a shop like this!

My car was backed into in a parking lot and the insurance company sent me to Francis Collision Centre. I had an amazing experience with them. They were able to get my car in within a couple of hours and had it finished in 2 days. They had great customer service as well. Very happy with my overall experience!

It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.

First time @ Francis Collision...
Francis Collision was great from beginning to end. It was very convenient as a "1 stop shop" with repair, rental, & insurance information all in 1 location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated with any change in status to my vehicle. Whole driver side was damaged and they fixed it good as new (for being a 10 year old vehicle) It was definitely a stress free experience and I would recommend Francis Collision to friends! Shout out to my GEICO insurance for sending me there and making the situation hassle free :) #53022SM

The only reason "Professionalism" was 4 stars was because I had to call a couple times to find out if my deductible was waived and when I spoke to gal that called me back it seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with my questions. HOWEVER, a different staff (Mario) called me back and got it all straightened out so it was all good! I was completely satisfied in the end!

I had done business at Francis Collision about 8 years ago, service was excellent then an is still excellent. My damage was only a rear bumper transfer of paint. Work was done in 3 working days. Francis Collision is my only auto repair service of choice.
