Took my honda civic here for major repairs due to an accident. The receptionist informed us of every detail and gave us updates daily which is very much appreciated. They were very friendly and understanding! Spoke to Kevin and he did an amazing job at explaining what was going to be done to my car. Any concerns or issues I had, he was able to help me in a timely manner.Very happy with the results of my car ! Definitely recommend this shop .

We were both at the hands of kia back order parts. But Danielle did her best with timely updates. The text message service made things so much easier she always responded to my text. Aaron walked me through all the work they did, i got my car back looking brand new,clean and washed up.

I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Centre. Received great service from start to finish from office staff and estimator Baeley. Office staff were very helpful checking in my truck and helping me make arrangements for a rental. I did not make reservation for a rental car, with her help I had a rental in 15 minutes delivered to the shop. I was kept updated on the progress of my repair and given estimated time of completion. I was contacted when ready and picked it up that day. I was very happy with the work done and would recommend Francis Collision Centre to anyone needing collision repairs.
