My family has had storage here for years and I highly recommend this place. The customer service is great and the units are clean and a great size. Move in was smooth and overall our experience has been great.

So far so good! I've been using this storage facility for a few months and everything has been smooth. The managers live on site so I feel very safe, they are easy to work with and the location is convenient.

Have had a storage unit here for almost 20 years (2 different units). The facility is very clean and the units, even facing outside, stays very dry. Getting into the facility is easy with your passcode but very difficult without which shows great security for your belongings. I’d highly recommend SPS for anyone in the Gaithersburg area.

Best storage facility in DMV service is excellent, customer service is superb. Mrs. Sarah and the husband are one of a kind know how to talk to customers and organize everything in the storage nice and smooth. Bravo to them.
