Security Public Storage at 1 Metropolitan Grove at Gathersburg, MD 20877, is simply the storage to use. Clean, safe, and well-maintained environment and units, the storage is easily accessible. The managers of this storage Sal and Sara, make it worth one's while patronizing their storage; they are very professional, courteous, very friendly, and very helpful, treating their customers like family. I feel welcome every time l go to their office, and one is free to help oneself to their coffee/tea machine, or if it's water one desires. Honestly, Sal and Sara keep the place going, and l always look forward to go to the storage, knowing that l would feel happy and comfortable when l get there, especially when Sal and Sara welcome me in with their smiles. Really great storage to patronize, because of what the managers, Sal and Sara, make the place to be, like home. Try it, you'll be glad you did. Truly. Thanks. Emmanuella.

The team at Security made me feel like family! The Management is often the ones helping you at the front counter and they really appreciate your business and take pride in their operation. Other storage places just feel commercial and you don’t get the feeling that they care about you. Management at Security also does a great job keeping the grounds clean and secure!

They also have AMAZING deals on Uhaul trucks!!!

I use this location for all of my storage and moving needs. The staff, highlighted by Sau and Sarah, are always very attentive and helpful. I have never had any issues with the service and my needs have always been taken care of swiftly and professionally. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

The facility is clean and secure and the staff is fabulous. My organization has had a locker here for years and recent upgrades have greatly improved the lockers and facility access.
