I've been using SPS for over a year. I live right in Herndon and it's very convenient to come here. Getting in and out is easy. The people in the office are always helpful! I like that it's in kind of a neighborhood, not a huge industrial place- and it's a bonus that you have stores like The Bargain Loft thriftshop and the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, to name a couple.

It is a clean, secure and well-managed facility. And the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
A good place for storage of your belongings. The managers are always helpful. I am very pleased with their services and customers service that they provide to me.

I have been a customer of Security Public Storage in Herndon for over 10 years. My items have always been safe and secure. We have had many management teams, however, each team has had great managers and have always taken great care of the tennants. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a good, safe place for your personal items.

I have been storing my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 at Security Public Storage since 2011. I have always found the facility to be well maintained and kept very clean. The staff are always available if needed and very friendly. I have recently referred a friend, I will continue to trust my storage needs to Security Public Storage!

I've dealt with a lot of storage facilities over the years, but this is the first one that I've found that the personnel is polite, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make it easy for you to make your payments and make sure that you are satisfied with their service and facility. Wish I had found them years ago!

The easiest five stars I've ever given. This storage facility is very well maintained -- it is managed by good people who will treat you well. And even though I don't live near the storage facility, I know I can trust that my property is in good hands.

We never have had any issues with this facility. Always clean, well lit and there are always carts available to use.

Working with SPS has been the easiest part of my entire move process. I needed a storage unit to hold furniture, boxes, and a bunch of other household items while we listed and sold our house. We kept all the items in the unit until we were ready to move into our new home without any issues. The site is clean, units are easy to find, and everyone on the staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Clean, well lit and tightly secured facility. The Onsite Managers Walter and Trina are courteous, customer-centric and very informative.
