As I transition to a new home I have entrusted my belongings to Security Public Storage in Herndon VA. I have easy access to my things and frequently pop in to retrieve something. Walt and Trina are so nice, I couldn't be more pleased!

I have had a controlled climate unit for over a year and they have been helpful, informative and courteous to the point of calling me when I forgot my regular payment so that I wouldn’t accrue a late fee. I’m 100% happy with the value of the service they provide to me!

I have being a customer of security public storage for over 10 years and their services as always being the best services. Them just provide you with good customer services. If you have any concern or problem with your bill they will step on to help you. That is why I stay with them because they care to find what issue or problem you have with your account.

Have been here for a while and am a repeat customer, I think that speaks for itself. Thank you security public storage.

Security public storage has great staff and customer service, a safe and clean place affordable rates.the best storage i have rented.i would recommend them.

My wife and I have been renting storage space with Security Public Storage for seven years, and we hope to remain there as long as we need storage space. The space is always kept clean and well-maintained. The staff is responsive, friendly and experienced. Competition is keen in the storage business and many other alternative companies are available, but we're sticking with Security Public Storage.

I selected this facility initially for its strategic location - located on Victory Drive near Spring St., less than a min drive from their front office within walkable distance. The actual gate entrance (strategically, I assume) is situated all the way at the end of a row of shops and small businesses. I always conduct a test-run before committing to something... I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, and was impressed by the tech they employ at their facility. As a result, I decided to stay with them a bit longer. This is just a place to dump my unused clothes, dry food collection (in case of, you know, disaster), and some heavy statues - but being able to declutter your work and living space is well worth the money! The storage space is surprisingly roomy and especially tall. The place is reasonably secure, with cameras and gates and the added bonus that some staff actually live on-site full time. Access hours are pretty convenient - early morning to evening.

Such a fabulous storage facility!! Mr. and Mrs. Kelly are very nice, kind, accommodating and prof. The facility is very clean, modern and supervised by a team of professionals. Enjoyed every bit of my time as a customer at this location. If you are looking for a well kept facility, with an awesome staff, this is the place to be!!!

Every interaction we have with the staff at Security Public Storage in Herndon has been amiable, polite, and incredibly satisfying! They put the customer first and give you the information you are looking for and add any suggestions they might have regarding it. We needed two storage units close together and they helped us find the closest together units that fit our needs. Would definitely recommend!

I have never rented a storage unit prior to Security Public Storage. I have been very pleased with the service and space. Easy access, helpful associates and very affordable!

I have been at Herndon SPS for over 10 years and am very happy with the customer service, cleanliness and security. We have had many management teams come through at this location, They have all been professional and helpfult. Currently we have another new team. I have met one of the 3, however, I have spoken to all. They seem very customer service oriented and concerned with the satisfaction of their customers.

Professional, clean, well run, well maintained secure storage. Friendly onsite mangers. They have good inventory of on site packing supplies. They also have occasional specials make sure to check with the mangers for details and their centrally located. They even offer a move in truck with a very reasonable rate for once you move in.

Clean, secure and convenient facility and the staff are friendly and professional. Hopefully I'll never need to store anything again but if I do, they will get my business.

I have been at Herndon SPS for 10 years and am very happy with the customer service, cleanliness and security. The manangement staff has come and gone several times, but each time, we have had friendly, professional management teams. Jorge & Emely are wonderful to work with. Very friendly and customer oriented. They are from our area so there is no shock to their systems as it has been with past management. I really enjoy working with them.
