I have used Security Public Storage in Herndon for more than a year. It is the cleanest site and best maintained security facility I have seen. The people who run are it are helpful, friendly and do everything they can to make the customer experience a pleasant and safe one.



I love this place! I never worry about my possessions being damaged or tampered with. I know someone there is always watching over them!

Security Public Storage in Herndon has one of the best Storage facilities in the area, The owners and management are extremely courteuos and always there to help their customers.



I would recommend them to anybody looking for short or long term storage.

I first purchased a storage unit with SPS when I lived in Herndon. It has been well over 2 years and I have since then moved farther away but still kept the storage unit in Herndon. While I could have gotten a storage unit closer to where I live, I still drive the extra distance because the Facility and Staff is just that good. The place is climate controled(Most of the Units), clean, well lit, has a closed circuit security systems, and is easily accessible. Add top notch staff; what more could you ask for?! There is even part of the facility where you have access after hours unlike most places that only allow you access from 7am - 9pm.

The facility is so clean and well laid out. The couple that manages the place was extremely helpful in helping us get the right footage and the right type of storage for our things. The load/unload process is relatively easy. It feels safe which was important to me also. They took the time to explain all of our options and to get us the best price, too.

Security Public Storage has been our storage facility for years! We have always received top quality service from their professional and friendly staff. You will not be disappointed if you store your possessions here.

Our nonprofit has done business with Security Storage for several years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the storage facility is clean and easy to use. We also know others who use this facility and all are very pleased.

I have been doing business with Security Public Storage since July of this year. At first, I was skeptical about safety on the premises and about the maintenance of my personal effects.



I have been more than satisfied so far. Customer service is first rate; safety is no problem as I visit my space anytime, day or night seven days a week. My effects are still safely stored.



The staff is always courteous, helpful and considerate.

Security Public Storage has been very fair with me. With a full security system and someone always on site, the place is pretty secure. I would recommend the facility.

I have been at this storage place for 4 months now and am very pleased with the service. The staff made it very easy to start out there and they make very nice reminders when i forget to pay my rent. :) So, i am very happy here and intend to stay where i know my belongings will be in good hands.

I have been a tenant here for many years and just acquired my second unit. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I showed up the day before I needed a storage unit, not because I am completely unorganized but because the brand new EZ stroage in Reston would not allow my freight truck on their property overnight. The managers Patrick and Diane were AMAZING to say the least. They worked with me to choose the right unit, they allowed the truck overnight, they offered advice about several other miscellaneous things I had questions about in the area, and most importantly, they worked to match the price that I was quoted at the other unit. They were super friendly and had control over the entire unit, unlike others where I saw the salespeople plugging things into the computer and answering me "Well, I would have to confer with my boss about that...and get back to you." Patrick and Diane, and even Mr. Singh ;), were knowledgable and flexible.



My parents were helping me move. I am a female recent college-grad and clearly wouldn't be able to unload a freight truck myself. If you are looking for a cheap way to move in and out of this storage unit, call Martin at IM Trucking. Again, Patrick and Diane referred this moving company to me. They did a fantastic job of unloading my truck and repacking my items into the 10 by 20 storage unit.

Good place to store your extra stuff. Excellent location for people in the Reston/Herndon area. We have no concerns about the security or safety of our goods there. Very good walk-through of the facility and the access process when we first visited.

This storage center has been the perfect solution for our family. The units are spacious and affordably priced, and the staff is always kowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
