Knowledge and being professional was what i was hoping and wasn't disappointed thank you! Asked if i had questions or concerns more than once. Great job.

Daryl was our service provider today and he was excellent. He took time to understand what the issues were in our home and also took time to explain what we might be doing to be contributing to our bug issues and what we can do to change that. He educated me on the bug issues we were dealing with which I appreciated. He was warm and friendly and also professional. He was thorough with his inside treatment as well. I highly recommend Aptive for their solid customer service as well as expertise on extermination.

The technicians communicated their intentions for service for the day. Additionally, they addressed my immediate concerns in a professional manner. At the end of the visit, I was given an opportunity to ask questions. Great Service!

He did a good job. Was on time and clean. Sprayed for ants and set traps for mice. Since I have a contract, it was free.

Rancy Jah, the tech, called ahead to see if he could be early. He was very thorough and advised me of all Aptive policies. He informed me when the service was complete. Good job!

Devon provided my quarterly service. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, and very polite and thorough. He helped try to be proactive to try to find the best home protection before "ant-season" starts. He also understood what was sub-optimal about a prior application provided by someone else. They (Rancy) inspected and treated my yard today and I was amazed on the service I received. He was here a long time and was very professional, friendly and very upbeat. I’m usually not home when they come so don’t see what they do. Great job. Ray D.
