Devin was very thorough, cleaning cobwebs outside, and in the basement and garage. He let us know of a small opening to the garage. He was very courteous, knowledgable and professional.

Terry, our service rep is professional, knowledgeable, and timely. We find Aptive's fees to be competitive and a bit more affordable. We would recommend their services to anyone in the market for pest control services.

Ramon Gusman was on time,professional and answered all my questions related to the service.

No way to run a business. I called and schedule a appointment they gave me monday between 12:00 & 4:00 I took off work early and sat at my home till 4:00 No show, so I called They told me they could not make it, They put me on hold then said they could do 5:00 I was fine with that, when she put me on hold again and said there was a schedule conflict they could not come at all. When I ask to speak to a manager she told me she was a manager when I ask to speak to the owner they said they would leave a message well the owner never called me back and I was a Customer (was)

Aundrey Parker is very friendly and knowledgable, he takes his time with me and all the questions and issues I have. He even rescheduled after he was here because of rain, wanted to make sure the treatment would be most effective.

I am completely satisfied with my service. James has been very informative, professional and polite!

I scheduled an initial cleaning with this company. The tech who arrived at my door appeared to be under medication and not responsive to my questions. I immediately contacted the company office and relayed to one of the employees my concern. He took down my information and advised that someone from the scheduling office would contact me. A minute later I get a call from an individual describing himself as the customer service manager and after explaining my concerns about the tech they sent out he abruptly stated, " I'll cancel the contract!" Then he rudely hung up the phone. Warning, if they have employees like this STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Their representative "Cold-knocked" on my door this afternoon. I politely told him that I already had a pest-control service I was happy with. He continued to try to sell. After two more rounds of "we'll be in your neighborhood, when can we fit you in", I told him I don't buy services from people that come to the door without my initiating a call, and I like to research the company on sites such as Angie's List and Yelp (btw, Aptive Environmental is scare on both of them)... he still persisted. After about 6 rounds, I finally told him he had passed the patience threshold - I get asking twice, maybe even a third time, but much more than that becomes annoying and disrespectful. When he finally realized he wasn't going to sell me anything, he turned in a huff, and as he walked way, flipped the bird while saying "have fun paying more"...

Expertise and Promptness can't be rated as no work was performed, but if the reps professionalism is any indication, they won't be good

Very impressed with this company. So polite and very professional. Everything they did was explained thoroughly. I felt like Landon did a great job selling the company, and then Matt did a great job delivering and following thru with the service!

Eli was extremely professional. He was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and how he was planning to do it. He used shoe covers to walk through our home which I appreciate. Once he was done treating the various areas around the house, he returned to again clarify everything that he had completed and report what he had found. I hope Eli will be a regular tech in our area.

They were very friendly and knowledgable. They completed the work promptly. I appreciated all the information that they shared. I that they would come back if a problem arose.

James Jackson is the aptive technician who came to our house today to perform pest control. James is positive and professional. He was courteous and clear when explaining aptive service. James Jackson was the technician that came to our home. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of the product and the insects in and around our home. We will certainly ask for James to come back for the follow up treatments!

The technician, Sam Peterson, arrived on time, was very professional, personable and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, asked if there were any particular areas of concern so that he could make sure that he addressed them - nothing was overlooked. Very pleased with his service.

So far everything's been great , we signed up with Peter and Archer ( may not be spelled right ) did initial service . Very professional and friendly so far I am very impressed with this company .
