Just had our first appointment/treatment with Todd and it was a fabulous experience. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he was extremely nice and engaging. Looking forward to more experiences with Todd and his company.

Johnathan S. was ultra professional and knowledgable. This was a first visit, but it left me impressed with their overall service.

Todd and Mike came out on time as they said they would to perform the first pest treatment in my yard. They were very polite and courteous and did a good job of explaining what they were doing.

The Tech's were Robert H. and Ammaron H.. They were very professional and thoroughly cleaned the webs from the house. They explained what they were going to do and then went over it again once they finished.

Leo was great! Walked us through what he was going to do and what the products did. He did a thorough job and was very professional and took the time to explain the process.

Leo is the man! Really nice guy and provided excellenct service. Walked me through what he was doing and accomplishing. Very professional through the entire process. Look forward to them finishing up the job!

It was a very good experience with Todd and Mike, they show us some of our home problems and explained very well what they were doing, they seem very knowledgeable. We also explain a few problem that we had in the past and they did not hesitate to help us to prevent it. The salesmen Daniel was also very nice and we felt happy choosing them. They show up on time, that is a big plus.

My initial experience with this company has been been very favorable. The young sales associate was pleasant, knowledgeable but not pushy, and later the same day, the Aptive technician was equally pleasant and professional, and he did a very thorough job of assessing the possible issues we had with bug infestation. I look forward to working with Aptive if our future interactions are comparable!

Leo did a fantastic job! He arrived on time at the start of the appointment. This was my first service so he went through the contract and explained to me what he would be doing and what products he would be using. I can only hope the products work well as promised. Love to have him back for the next service.

Great service and friendly people. We got our entire house perimeter sprayed for ants and bugs. Also got a wasp's nest removed. Todd and Mike P did a great job!

Terry was very knowledgeable about the solutions needed to keep the pests away. He did an excellent job and I will be sure to use this service in the future, if the need should arise, and will recommend them to friends and family too.

The gentleman, Terry, arrived promptly and was finished without any problems. He cleaned the cobwebs and showed me where a wasp nest in behind a shutter he couldn't reach but said it looks inactive. 5-21-2016

We have a big wasp problem in my area so we called Aptive to help us out. Today a Mr. Jonathan Strong came to my house to provide the service. He was had a great attitude for it being early in the morning and had wonderful professionalism. when he asked for me to submit this review i of course obliged due to his great customer service. Hope to continue using aptive if there are more workers like him.
