Love the aids I one have!

Have gotten fantastic service and have recommended Dr.Anzola to my friends.As hearing professionals, they are very knowledgeable. At a checkup I asked several questions on how to use, clean and maintain my equipment. Not only did they review all pertinent information with me in the office, the next month I noticed that they had added a new educational video to their online resources that covered the same subject.

These hearing aids provide hearing as close to that I had at age 30.

On the first appointment Dr Anzola made the hearing aids so much better that I had continued to see her on a regular basis. Not just for Hard of Hearing

Dr. Anzola and her team are very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I am NOT hard of hearing but attend a lot of musical concerts and have a husband who snores. I needed help with protecting my hearing and protecting my sanity. Dr. Anzola tested me and I only have a 10% loss in one ear. Lets keep it that way. I got a great pair of ear "plugs" for concert wearing that are very discreet but stop the damaging decibel levels. I got another pair of noise canceling plugs to wear at night with "the snorer". They help but not a cure-all for my nighttime problems. It was also great getting a "too-close to 60" baseline so that I'll know and be on top of it should I further loss that needs aids. But, Dr. Anzola was a big help with my other issues as well.

I have had problems with adjusting to the hearing aids for a couple of years until I met Dr. Anzola last December. Excellent work and great environment.

Service, Service, Service!

Being a relatively young hearing aid user, I appreciate the hip, happenin', and cool Dr. Ana Anzola. More importantly, I have a hearing aid that works very well for me. I hear better with less interference and did not have to get the top end hearing aid. Dr. Anzola has great listening skills - pun not fully intended - and helped me achieve my hearing objectives.

I have had prior hearing aids from another audiologist but they never worked out. My ear canals are irregular, but Dr. Anzola was quick not only to recognize the situation but to find a solution with form fitting aids. And when one of the forms still did not quite fit properly, she corrected it. So far I have been very impressed, and I am not easily impressed. Not only does the doctor seen to provide excellent service, she is a delight to deal with.

Dr. Anzola is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and correction.

She takes time with her patients to fully explain the patient's hearing loss and recommends appropriate corrective methods. I have been more than fully satisfied with the hearing aids she recommended and appreciate the wonderful follow-up services they provide. I have interacted with each of the other staff members at the McLean office and have found each of them to be very pleasant and helpful.

Great Expectations!

I wasn’t sure what to expect of Dr. Anzola & her team because of my previous experiences with other audiologists. I’ve been wearing hearing aids my entire life and I’ve never received such undivided attention, treatment, and detailed explanation of hearing aid world. It’s amazing to watch Dr. Anzola and her team treat every patient with the same courteous, patient, helpful, and very professional attitude. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have gladly paid more for her services. I’m VERY glad I responded to her mailer and called for an appointment!!!!

I give the highest marks to Ascent Audiology and I recommend this provider to anyone concerned about their hearing.

In the waiting room, I was greeted warmly and offered coffee, tea or water. I was called into the office on time. Dr. Anzola asked if I had any questions or problems. I told her the aids occasionally slipped. She showed me what to do to take care of that, then took me in for a hearing test. My hearing aids were checked and I went to the desk to make a new appointment for my next check up and paid for my visit. I have always felt comfortable and cared for at my appointments. I have never felt rushed.

First time with hearing aids.

Previously I I had a hearing assessment with another doctor, They really didn't give me any feedback other than that I was having trouble with a couple of sounds. I knew that! Fast forward to Dr. Anzola. same kind of assessment, only now there were explanations. When it came time to get the hearing aids, there were several options & several prices offered. I never felt pressured into any particular device. She is on time with appointments, and has a pleasing office waiting room. Dr. anzola made the whole thing easy.

Quick and very professional

The process from first visit to having my hearing aids took only 2 visits and less than a week. The follow up visit allowed a little fine tuning to take care of a concern. All the staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. Dr. Anzola was very good about explaining and answering my questions. It was a very interesting and fortunately very helpful experience. Wish I'd gone sooner.
