There are other choices but Dr. Anzola you are the BEST! It gives one the confidence to hear better.

Excellent service and its easy. Its very convenient and don't have to look for parking spaces. The doctors, staff and Christine are very friendly, competent and patient, especially when one has problems hearing. Glad to have found you!!

Very satisfied with results

I travel over an hour and a half to get to the Dr. Anzola at the McLean office. This speaks for my confidence and assurance that I am getting the best advice and treatment available. Dr. Anzola spent an incredible amount of time customizing my hearing aids and she would not give up until I was totally satisfied with the results. That was a couple of years ago and I am still making the trip!

The ultimate in hearing care

Dr. Anzola has provided hearing care for a dear friend of ours who lives out of town. Her hearing is significantly compromised, and Dr. Anzola has found a solution that opened her world back up.. Dr. Anzola's indepth knowledge along with her primary focus to help her patients is beyond our expectations as she always has gone out of her way to meet our friend's needs. She ensures that all our questions are answered, solves problems that could not be resolved by other audiologists, keeps us away from technology that sounds great but won't help our friend and ensures our friend's care continues when she returns home. She is definitely a role model for other doctors!!!

I love my new hearing aids

Ascent Audiology & Hearing in McLean has led me through the process of testing and given me the information I need to care for them and to obtain the maximum benefits of using these light unobtrusive and very comfortable aids. Dr. Anzola and her friendly competent staff are sufficient, knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. If you are having hearing loss I highly recommend Ascent and Dr. Anzola.

Great Service!

A few weeks ago my husband and I underwent hearing tests with Dr. Anzola and her staff at Mclean office We were warmly greeted by the staff with friendly smiles putting us at ease. The audiologist Dr. Anzola patiently and carefully explained the test results so we understood exactly what to expect and what needs to be corrected. We left her office feeling we were in very good hands.

My experience with Dr. Anzola and her staff has been nothing short of wonderful. With serious hearing loss, intensifying over 20-plus years, this is the first time I feel I am receiving competent care and up-to-date information/equipment--a real blessing.

Excellent service and professionalism.

Appointments are always on time. I am greeted immediately (and pleasantly) and the quality of service and professionalism of Dr. Anzola is outstanding and thorough. After running tests she recommended a hearing aid/tinnitus blocker and my life has changed dramatically in a short amount of time. My focus is no longer on the loud ringing in my ears and I am now able to concentrate on what matters! I cannot recommend Dr. Anzola enough!! She makes sure you are always comfortable and informed on every step of the process. If you ever email her she will either respond directly or call you very quickly. It is rare to find a doctor who cares for their patients the way she does.

Everyone is so nice. It's a pleasure to go for a visit. Christina greets you with a smile and Dr. Anzola has another one for you. Not to mention the service. It's great!!I have found Dr Ana Anzola to be an extremely competent audiologist. Having a serious impairment I was depressed that I would never be able to live a normal life again, but thanks to Ana's expertise and patience, she was able to guide me to the right hearing aids. I owe Ana my return to friends and society all of whom I can now hear!

Normally when one is addressing a hearing loss, there is a sense of apprehension and embarrassment. From our first visit, the staff, And Dr. Ana made us feel comfortable and instilled us with a sense of really wanting to help and not just collect a bill.

The service has been outstanding, timely and of a professional caliber sorely lacking in the health care industry of today. Not only were they able to correct a hearing loss, but provide the level of professional support and experience that puts this practice in a class all it's own. We have recommended Ascent of McLean to many of out friends and associates.

(As an aside to their level of commitment, during the holidays, the office had a support mechanism that included delivery, reception and guard service all provided by the immediate family!)

Worth the journey!

A demanding yet fully-satisfied patient, I love Ascent Audiology even though it takes me 45 minutes each way (+ waiting time) via bus to get there: friendly, competent & professional, Dr. Ana Anzola is far much more knowledgeable than one might think from a 1st impression with this stylish audiologist! She heeds patient input, unlike many others in medical practice Her team is also excellent. Just hope she does not expand too rapidly. My environmental car sacrifice is worth it to stay with Ascent!

Professional and caring.

Dr. Anzola worked with me to explain not only the mechanics of my new hearing aids, but also the auditory physics behind hearing (for example, the way that some sounds are intrinsically softer than others, even at the same volume). And the need to concentrate on both hearing (receiving sounds) and listening (training the brain to interpret them).

Excellent service, very accommodating!

They work! Hearing aids were comfortable from day one. After about 1 month tinnitus perception decreased dramatically. Dr Anzola and her staff always made time for me for quick adjustments during the first few weeks of wearing my new hearing aids. I use them every day and night. They have improved my hearing in social environments! Thanks so much!

Very Excellent!

The doctor is excellent relative to knowledge base and and ability to relate with patients. Very pleasant office with accommodating staff. I highly recommend dr. Anzola.It was a wonderful awakening for me and I feel like my old self! Learning to put in and remove my aids is very easy and their maintenance is minimal. Plus, Dr. Anzola and her staff are just one block from where I live. When I need hearing aid adjustments, I can be at her office in less than five minutes!

Extremely pleased with the service and product.

I returned to Dr Anzola after about 4 years. I wasn't ready to purchase the first time. I saw several other audiologists in the meantime, but wasn't impressed with their service or products. When I decided it was time to finally invest in my hearing I remembered the positive experience in Dr Anzola's office, as so returned. I've been extremely pleased with her service and the product she recommended.

Excellent service! Dr Anzola was able to take care of my hearing needs and adjustments of my aids. I would highly recommend her and her staff.During my several visits to her office in McLean, she was always cheerful, meticulous, thorough, with no shortcuts to integrate test results to my hearing device. She explained well. I was really impressed each time feeling that I received the best hearing assistance possible.

Dr Ana has been extremely helpful in improving my hearing. Dr Ana has explored many options prior to arriving at my present state. I could only be happier if I had my original hearing back!

Very fine service in all aspects of the relationship.

The system works very well . Very easy to use, and extremely well maintained by dr. Anzola. The entire staff is polite and professional. I'm greeted with coffee every appointment. Very good coffee! Even when I'm early they do their best to see me as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the hearing aid process. It is an adjustment period and although I became frustrated at first Dr. Anzola was very patient with me.

Knowledgeable, competent & pleasant !

I've used Ascent for 2+ years, focused on getting & using Starkey Invisible aids - Yes!! - procured here. Dr. Anzola & staff always manage to work in & resolve any problem (I've had several scale adjustment issues), even at short notice. I'm hard to please but happy enough with service here to take the bus more than a half-hour each way to remain a patient of Ascent! Don't let the good looks & charm fool you; she's superbly competent too!
