I Called for a service on the last week of October and spoke to a Customer Service Rep. Becky. I was given an appointment on 11-3-2018 but the technician did not show up on that day. Becky called me the following week to check to see if the technician showed up. I responded in the negative and she told me she'll get on it.
Long story short, another technician whose first name is Ben called me on Tuesday 11-13-2018 and we agreed on a schedule for Wednesday 11-14-2018.
Ben showed up on time did his job and I must admit he is the ultimate professional as far as tech service is concerned.
You guys need more folks like Becky and Ben for your business to grow. Remember, it's not just price alone but customer service is huge.

I have had the system for almost ten years- the past two unable to use because I no longer had a landline. Dawn was so helpful to explain to me what I could do. The previous CS told me all so could do was to pay the rest of the contract, The Tech Octavio was extremely helpful. He showed me everything and made the experience very pleasant. I would recommend both of them.
Because of them you now have a satisfied customer!!! Thank you!

Mitch was absolutely the best. I had not used my security system since it was installed on Fed 3, 2018 as my city required a permit. Mitch helped me to re establish both my verbal and my numeric passcodes. He was so kind and patient and gave me a great deal of confidence in dealing with something very foreign to me.

Was having a horrible time getting a technician from Safe Guard to service!!
Spoke to Gregg ext.1197 finally got excellent results!! Sent down tech Angel things got handled beautifully maybe now my company will stay with Safe Guard .

Not too favorable. I was told the tech would be here from 9:00 am to1:00 pm on Feb 17, 2018. About 10:30 I called to see if the could possibly give me an idea within that frame the approximate time, I was told no, they could not give me an idea of the time. At 12:15, the office called and said the tech was backlogged and would instead, be here between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. How aggravating, I told the woman NO, I had other appointments in the afternoon. Paul, the tech, called and said he would indeed be here in about an hour and he was, with expert and professional service. Why or who is booking the appointments, it is so horribly wrong? Not good for customer or the tech.How stressful!! My other problem was when I ordered an updated panel to be installed, the salesman
on phone told me it was the same size and would fit within the same area as the old one, not true a big hole in plaster, very upsetting for me and Paul, the tech. All this aggravation is not worth the extra five dollars per month I am being charged. Had I known, I would not have ordered a new panel, which I understand is being issued now to all new customers.
