The company is great but it’s employees like Jennifer Thibodeau that put it over the top. She calls just to check on my failing husband. She shares her seasons with us via email and even sent us an envelope of fall leaves when I told her how much I missed the seasons. Doesn’t matter what the problem or question, she either has the solution or doesn’t rest until she does. She should have been a Hospice nurse or a negotiator that talks people off a bridge. She is a gem and we consider her part of our family. Thanks for keeping us safe! Merry Christmas 🎁🎄

I received a telephone call regarding the battery on my security system. When I called back, the employee, Chasiby, said she could turn off the alarms and mail me the battery or send out a technician. When I receive the battery, I will call back so that I can be guided through the battery replacement. I am very happy with the service I received.

After the power outage my alarm battery died and was beeping non-stop driving me and my dog's crazy, after finally getting a new battery in the mail and being told it would take 2 minutes for me to swap out I called the company and the person was unable to walk me through getting the battery and the alarm set up properly and after getting very frustrated she said she would call me back by 4 and did not. then I called back and spoke with Kathy number 1175 and she was miraculous, she took care of everything and has a technician coming out to the house tomorrow, I was so fearful of not having an alarm and she took care of it, customer service A+ for Kathy 1175!

I called safe home to get help with a Z-wave feature. The service person that answered the phone had great energy and was extremely helpful.
Even with my little problem he made me feel like I was a priority. Well Done Safe home...

We have had this service for the past 10 years. When you call the office they are friendly and knowledgeable. Two times we have had an issue and both times the response time was quick. If you are in the market for a home security system, I would recommend this company.

I love my alarm and the tech was very knowledgeable. I feel very secure at home. The response time from the monitoring station is remarkable even when I have a false alarm.
