One night my dad was at a Baseball game and in the 3rd period, the puck flew over the glass and hit him in the face. He got a broken nose from the hit and had to be taken to the hospital. A week later, he was fine but he was experiencing pressure in his head. My mom and my brother and I were out and my dad was at home. My dad called us around 8:30 pm, but my mom was busy so she didn't answer. He kept on calling and finally at around 9:00 pm. My dad said that his nose had started bleeding non-stop since 8:30 pm. We drove home. My mom dropped my brother and me off at my aunt's house, and then she drove my dad to the ER. His bleeding was critical. His nose was gushing blood for 5 hours without let-up. Finally the doctors used the last thing they could think of (during the 5 hours, doctors were trying different things to stop the bleeding). They were tampon-like things that the put up your nose and inside, they inflate and absorb all the blood. That method worked. My dad had to keep it in for 3 days. The bleeding finally stopped.
I recommend this clinic highly and I trust them to be taking care of my dad face and body for decades to come."

I had Thermage done. The staff was very professional and the Doctor explained the treatment, what to expect and what could be my prospective results, based on my skin and procedure. He was very honest and I never felt that he was "selling" the procedure. During the procedure he kept me informed and also gave me follow up care instructions to get the best results. Last week I had a severe pain in my chest so I got panic and one of my office colleagues suggested me to visit this walk in clinic nearby. As soon as I entered sight of the clinic gave a soothing affect and the staff members were very polite and concerned. More over doctors examined me and assured that it was only due to gastric problem. Instead of making me anxious they prescribed some medication and reduce my anxiety saying that I will be alright.

I would emphasize to approach this urgent care clinic for the best treatment required.

I have had 4 or 5 day outpatient diagnostic procedure by the same gastreologist at Doctors Immediate Care, over the last 2 years & all aspects of the experience has been fantastic! My specialist combines great skill with a friendly, warm, supportive attitude & the rooms, food, views & all support staff have been absolutely great every time.

I was pretty anxious about going in for surgery but the room was beautiful, the staff were very informative and my surgeon and anesthetist were fantastic, guiding me through each step, both well in advance, during the brief procedure and afterwards.It is not easy being a patient but this hospital and its staff made my experience as pleasant as it could be.

My father was an inpatient for one week. The staff were absolutely fantastic and treated him with professionalism, kindness and compassion at all times; the quality of care unrivaled. They made a very difficult time for us significantly easier.

Its so sad to see bad reviews on this regarding this office. Doctor E is the best doctor I have visited. He gets down to the problem and assists me every time. As for the receptionists, I've encountered about three different ones and they have always been friendly and greeted me so kindly. I've had times where I've had to wait, but what do you expect? It is a doctor's office, duh. Threes always a cranky patients though and I honestly do not know how they deal with it, but kudos to them! Make sure to make an appointment though! They emphasize that all though it is a walk in clinic, appointments are prioritized as well, and it takes two seconds. Got a same day appointment for a physical, can you believe that? SIMPLY AMAZING!

I went to walk in clinic for the first time after being referred by my relatives. It was easy and convenient, and I will definitely visit again. I waited for an average of 15 minutes to see my doctor. The doctor was very nice and staff has always been professional and friendly. Doctor Amer examined me thoroughly and prescribed some medicines for my sinus infection, it was very quick process and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this urgent care for an amazing service.

This practice has a good staff and nurses, whom are clearly very professional in their fields, and treat their patients with competence, respect and dignity. I have been with this practice for the last two months and have seen the services they offer diminish drastically from receptionist to doctors are excellent and prominent to their patient. Recently I was suffering from tummy pains I thought it would be a long process booking an appointment but when I have called receptionist she said you can walk in to this clinic direct without any prior appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and I was in to see the Doctor in half an hour they were very approachable the service is very good within half an hour they took all my lab test and x-rays etc. I highly recommend this primary care for their awesome service.

I have visited the urgent care clinic last week for my stomach ache problem. I have no words to speak, it was a good experience. I was very impressed with Dr. Amer and his practice, I was in and out not more than half an hour Dr. Amer have always been very patient and knowledgeable and I also had a good experience from the clinic’s staff. I would highly recommend them. The clinic is also providing some insurance packages, which I couldn’t go through as I was in a hurry to my office. I would definitely prefer the same walk in clinic as it’s near to my place and also would make use of the packages to cut down my hospital bills.

I had a good experience recently with in this walk in clinic. It was very clean and cheerful, and the staff was very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. It wasn't an easy experience, but they helped in every way they could. I went to this clinic without any prior appointment Doctors and nurses are very nice, no long waits, clean office. Dr Amer was very serious about patients he really helped me with my severe stomach ache problem and prescribed some antibiotic and told me to take rest. I highly recommend this urgent care for their superior service. I was so thankful for them.

I was in need of urgent medical care for a painful sinus infection. After a brief search this was the only clinic I found that can be reached within a few minutes from my area. It was night 8 and I didn’t want to wait until morning, so, decided to give it try. Called out in advance to make an appointment.Upon entering I was greeted and welcomed by the receptionist and she took all the information. I needed to wait for five minutes; the waiting area is nice, complete with a bathroom, TV, seating and magazines. I have health insurance and, so far as I can tell, don’t have any issues with any of the billing.



I was called in within 5 minutes. My vitals were taken; everyone seemed to be very careful about their patient. The nurse asked me some questions and told I was meeting the doctor within a few minutes. Dr Humaira came in and introduced herself, she asked me several questions about the infection and the period how long I was suffering. His behavior was very pleasant that made me feel ease and comfortable in explaining my trouble. She quickly confirmed the infection and wrote a quick prescription. The entire process didn’t take more than half an hour and I was out of the door. Their staffs are very quick and efficient. It was a good experience ..i highly recommend it..

Two days before Christmas I had an urgent problem that I wanted to clear up as soon as possible. Looking for a solution that help prescribe something quickly I googled some urgent care clinic near my area and found their website. Decided to try it and reached almost after ten minutes drive. It was 7 p.m and it seemed they had less number of staff on that day. The receptionist greeted me and I had to fill some papers. She informed about the wait time and the doctor was about to arrive. After 10 minutes I was able to be seen by doctor Amir. He listened my problem very carefully and prescribed the exact medication that I needed. Throughout the process, he was very professional, caring and amazing. That day their pharmacy was running low on a lot of things so I had to travel to a local cvs. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for their service but they need to sort out the issues of their in house pharmacy so that people can save time.

I went to this place out of a whim; I was suffering trouble with my ankle since last 4 days and went to this place to see what they could do. As I walked in Receptionist ask if I had been here before. I answered that this is my first visit to any urgent care.. then her help started right away. There was some light paperwork that I completed..I was instructed to wait for a moment..



About five minutes later I was taken to an examining room where they took my vitals and asked a few questions after that a physician came in to examine my foot. He was very nice and friendly and gentle with his examination. Then I was taken to the x-ray room. The x-ray boy took his time to get it done very perfect. Later they made me know that I had a broken bone. The doctor’s behavior was so impressive that he made me feel at ease with even the bad news. They got a nice boot for my foot and I was all set. I was out of the door within 1 hour. Happy to choose this walk-in clinic for my care.

I went to this walk in clinic with my wife to check out the asthma which she had recently developed. I thought this would be better to check out at its early stage. We recently shifted in this location and not aware of any nearby urgent care. I found this walk-in clinic when I was google searching and we decided to come here by 7. PM on the past Wednesday. Though I was skeptical at first, we couldn’t afford to waste much time and next day I didn’t have off from work.



I called up to make an appointment as my wife doesn’t prefer sitting for 2-3 hours in a waiting room with sick people. We booked an appointment with doctor Galal by 8 pm and reached right on time. My wife had a nice experience with him and he took his time to listen to her. He explained everything thoroughly about her asthma medication without rushing us and this was the first time we had such a good doctor visit experience where my wife was able to discuss all of her concerns thoroughly. He ended up prescribing some medications and we got it from a local pharmacy. It was helpful for her quick recovery and she is feeling much better now. Very professional team and GREAT service.

I came here yesterday evening to check out an ear infection. I chose this because it was the nearest urgent care to my home. Called a cab and reach within 10 minutes. I walked into their office without pre appointment as they accepted walk-ins. The woman in the reception, very soft spoken and kind greeted me and asked for my id, insurance card and other relevant documents, I filled few papers. The office was so clean and neat. Waited for almost 15 minutes, but they kept updating me about the wait time.



I was called by a nurse and she ushered me to another room to see the doctor. Till then the doctor was not present there, but she informed me that he will be reaching soon. Doctor Amir came and asked me about my concern . He was knowledgeable and straight to the point. He knew exactly what he needs to do to get me relief from pain immediately. He gave me the information I needed and told me to wait for the nurse with a prescription for my medications. Within a few minutes I got my prescription and was out of their clinic. Except the long wait time, everyone totally made me feel good, appreciated and important as a patient. Overall experience with this clinic, being my only first visit; I was very pleased.

It was a nice experience with this clinic. The reception and the physician’s assistant were really like blessed upon me.



I was here with a severe sore throat and didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. Doctor Amir was very nice and knowledgeable physician. And above all, his wonderful bedside manner make anyone feel comfortable. In several medical care facilities I have seen the doctor never care about patient so seriously. But this clinic sets an example of excellent healthcare. When I spoke to doctor Amir about the pain it seemed that he could understand how lousy I was feeling. He called up the nurse and asked for some medical test. Doctor Amir read the result shortly after the test and I got it almost after 10 minutes wait. Finally ,he ended up writing down the prescription and asked me for a follow up visit if I don’t get relief of the pain and inflammation in next two days. They filled the prescription on site and I was in and out in less than a half an hour.



It was clean and spotless facility and their customer service were great. I intend to come here again if the need arises.

I was suffering sinus infection and was needed to get it checked immediately. I heard of this walk in clinic located nearby to my area from my friend, but when checked on yelp found several negative reviews. First, I was skeptical to go there, but my friend convinced me and decided to give a try as it was hard to find any clinic open at 8 p.m. I called up to make an appointment and they were ready to take me in. When I arrived at their clinic I the receptionist made me feel welcome and within five minutes a nurse took me to an examination room.



Doctor Hatem was thorough and he had good knowledge. He listened to me to diagnose the problem and after a brief examination wrote down the prescription. His way of treating was very nice and he was not a kind of doctors who made their patient feel rush and want to get rid of them as soon as possible.My health is first concerned for me and I feel more protected with the treatment.



When I arrived, I felt the office is very clean and fresh and from the registration to doctor everyone was professional. I don’t know what others issue is but for me this clinic was an excellent model of healthcare and I feel those negative reviews were not justified as far as my experience is concerned.

I had cut my finger and it was deep enough to urgently need stitches. Without making any delay, I rushed off to this walk-in clinic only because its proximity and it can be reached on ten minutes drive from my residence. I appreciate their customer service as they didn’t let me down and did everything they could to help me. The check-in was easy and I was called fairly quick to be seen.



The doctor was super friendly and the nurse helped me in cleaning the wound, administering the shot and stitching it. I was in and out within 20 minutes.



The clinic was relaxing and from the desk staff to medical assistant everyone knew their duties very well. Despite I went without any prior appointment it didn’t make me wait long. I am very satisfied with how they have taken care of me and recommend this urgent care for quick and effective treatment.
