My experience at this walk-in-clinic was amazing. I had been there after 3 days of having an inner ear infection. When there were no signs of improvement I decided to visit the doctor. I didn’t make any appointment and came as a walk-in, and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I needed to wait a few minutes to be seen. In the meantime a nurse came and took my vitals. When I met Doctor Galal, his behavior made me instantly feel at ease with him. He was efficient to quickly find out what causing my infection and prescribed a set of medications to clear up. His professional and bedside manner was wonderful. Even he also insisted me on giving a call for a FREE follow up if the infection doesn’t clear up in a week. I ended up the visit, paid $60 that includes the cost of appointments and the medicines prescribed.

It took me almost half-an hour to check out from their clinics. Their staffs are very professional, warm and accommodating. They treat every patient with care and tenderness.

I had been to their urgent care for a massive allergic reaction I had a few weeks ago. Thanks to their staffs and doctors for helping me when I was totally distressed. When I arrived at their clinic I was shaking miserably and perhaps the front desk guy could notice me. He came forward to help and let me have a seat. He was kind enough to bring the paper works. Rarely, I have seen this kind of compassion in any urgent care.



Within five minutes my vitals were taken by a nurse and I met Dr. Hatem. I told about my concern and how the symptoms started. He did a few medical examination and was so kind and helpful in explaining what was happening to me. They have given me the best possible care with a course of action needed to follow with some medication. And even he asked me to feel free to give a call in case of any discomfort.



It took me five days to get rid of the infection and the medicine he prescribed worked out effectively. The care and tenderness they showed really set them above all. They’re in business but rather they’re a HEALTH CARE.

In a hurry, I banged up my toe and badly injured it. It was so deep I wasn’t even able to walk. My elder bro helped me to get into the urgent care. I needed to have my toenail removed. As we arrived their clinic, a guy came around from the front desk to help us. I got into the waiting room and the guy was kind enough to bring the standard paper works. After five minutes waiting my vitals were taken by a nurse. It seemed they were trying to treat me as quickly as they could.



When I met Dr. Deborah it was another best part of the story. He was really impressive and skilled at making the process as comfortable as possible for me. Finally, my toenail was removed and they used wound care dressing to reduce the risk of infection. He ended up prescribing a set of medications with the assurance that I’ll be fine very soon.



Though I didn’t have insurance I didn’t find any issue in billing. It was normal as I expected.



I found the entire staff very professional and courteous. The doctor, the office staff, and particularly, Johnny the front desk guy were extremely helpful. Thanks all of you guys…

I was not getting relief from a bad cough and was unable to see our family Dr. because he was not available for a week. Since it was the weekend and only 4 miles distance from my home, I planned to visit Doctor's Immediate Care clinic on Saturday morning. At around 9.30 in the morning I arrived and got in. The front desk guy was very nice. He helped me out in completing all the formalities and the standard paper works. Since it was my first visit to their clinic. There was no long wait anywhere. After a short while a nurse came to take my vitals and I answered briefly everything she wanted to know about.



When I met Dr. Hatem I spoke to him about my fear of developing Asthma as it can be inherited from my father. My apprehension was eased after he set me a breath test and let me knew that my cough was a different. He prescribed me a set of medication with clear instruction on when and how to take it. These were really effective and after a few days I got relieved from my coughs and other symptoms.



They have every modern facility unlike any ordinary urgent care and it was immaculate. I liked the attentiveness and professionalism of their staffs.

This was my second time I drove to their clinic. But another good experience. I wanted to have some relief from the rashes I developed in my right hand. Upon my arrival the smart looking front office girl, greeted me, as always she did. Filling the light paperwork It was a few minutes of wait in the waiting room. I understand they had lots of patients on that day. It was pleasure to meet Elizabeth again, the nurse whom I met on my first visit. She did recognize me and asked hows my health. She took the vitals as she usually did and asked me to wait for the doctors, who was about to arrive.



It was my first meeting with Dr. Smith. Very courteous and helpful with patient.He listened to my concerned and asked some questions. He doubted as it could be due any outside infections. After a careful examination he wrote up the prescription that includes a cream and antibiotics to clear out the infections.



It was not more than half an hour I spent in their clinic and I was on my way to home after getting the prescribed medicine from the local CVR. Thanks again for their well attentive and comfortable service. Keep up the good work...

A seriously inflamed sore throat made my way to Urgent Care Clinic. However, it was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to back here next time. I got there in the morning and the friendly girl behind the front desk greeted and check me in. I filled some paperwork and waited for a moment in the waiting room. It was nice and spotless. A nurse came in to take my vitals and she asked some health related questions. After it was finished up I met Dr. Barbara within a few minutes. Mostly I remember the conversation with him as if I was talking with a friend. He was very gentle and polite. Asked me some question and did a thorough physical examination.



He called out to the nurse in for a strep test to be performed. But within a few minutes they let me know that it wasn’t a strep. He wrote up a prescription and sent me back.



The med they prescribed really worked out and I felt much better within two days of my treatment. What I liked about them was they were very quick and sincere and set a good standard of professionalism in threatening patients.

This isn’t the first time someone in my family has gone to DIC . Each time we had been there, we received fast and attentive medical care.



This time my cousin’s daughter was suffering a bronchitis infection and we rushed to urgent care by the next morning. Clara, the girl sitting on front desk greeted us and we filled some paper works. She was very nice and friendly in taking the vitals of her. Within a few minutes in the waiting room, a nurse came and she informed that Dr will be arriving soon. Dr. Hatem came in within a few seconds and he asked about her concerned. He was such a friendly person that she felt as if she was talking with a friend whom she knew for long. After a careful examination of her, he wrote up a prescription. I had some queries in mind regarding her sickness and I was very happy that Dr. Hatem took his time to explain me everything frankly. It didn’t take more than half an hour and we were on our way back to home. We had insurance and the billing they prepared seemed reasonable for us.



I’ve heard about many those who actually runs a business of scammers in the name of so called urgent care. But this place is truly impressive. They really care for their patients.

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience at Doctors Immediate care. I had fallen on some stairs and injured my right hand. I was afraid that I had a fracture in the elbow. I found this clinic close to my job and made my way for a doctor’s visit.



Upon my arrival, the receptionist (a nice and pretty girl) asked me to fill out some paper works. The waiting area was spotless and stylish, with all the modern facilities like comfy couches, cable T.V and interesting books to read. Rarely I have seen such kind of facilities in any doctors office. Almost five minutes later a nurse came in and guided me on the way to the exam room. She was friendly enough to ask me about the injuries.



I approached Dr. Olivia and she was awesome. After a friendly conversation with her, she did a careful examination of my right hand. Then she decided to do an x-ray. The x-ray was in the next room and the nurse guided me throughout the process. It took almost five minutes. After confirming that there was no fracture, I was sent home with a sling and instructions on what to do next.



What I liked about them is they did everything on time without making anyone wait long. It was almost thirty minutes in between I checked in and out. Everything is well managed. From the x-ray boy to the doctors, everyone maintained a good professionalism. I’ll definitely continue to make visits here in the future.

I recommend DIC for their effectiveness in treating patient and professionalism they maintain in customer service. I hate making appointments at regular doctor because of long hours of waiting. So, I brought my mother to their clinic for she was suffering some badly infected wounds on her legs. Upon our arrival, the smart looking front office lady greeted us. Being completed the light paperwork’s we were waiting for a few moments.



The facilities are modern and clean with nice sitting arrangements in the waiting room. After a short wait, a good looking nurse guided us to see the doctor in a treatment room. We approached Dr. Andrea. She was very professional and friendly. She took a thorough medical history of my mother and asked some questions. After a brief medical examination she explained everything succinctly what she was doing. She gave some advice about how we can keep away such kind of infections in future. She took great care of my mother. We are satisfied with the care we received from their staffs and doctor. They were very quick as we hardly had to wait more than 45 minutes in their clinic. All the facilities are modern and comfortable.



I highly appreciate and recommend DIC for any urgent care need and wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.

Medical attention is excellent, the staffs and doctors are very professional and friendly, the parking, clinic and the decor are all really fantastic.



I came to DIC because a friend brought me. Before it, I had a terrible experience in some other urgent care center. I was having severe dehydration and was in truly bad shape. So, we made our way to DIC urgent care on Friday morning. We parked easily and didn’t have much trouble with the light paperwork in getting into the waiting room to see a doctor. Within a few minutes of our arrival, a nurse came and took my vitals. The first thing that impressed me about them was their attentiveness in patient care. We didn’t have to wait anywhere for more than five minutes.



Dr. Humaira came and she took his time to listen to me. She was a very friendly women and within the entire conversation I felt like if I was talking to a person who I knew for long. She was able to give me an IV right away. She explained everything how the medicine would go.. the follow up etc.



Very nicely and made me feel comfortable. Her medication proved very effective for me and hopefully I am never in that situation again… !! (^_^) (^_^)

I called to DIC walk in Clinic to make an appointment ahead for my daughter who was suffering a bronchitis infection.



First,we went to see our family pediatrician, but when the condition didn’t heal and worsen over time we thought it better to come DIC Urgent care. Upon arrival, we needed to wait for a few moments as the waiting room was full of patients. It was very neat and clean with well furnished sitting arrangements. Almost after fifteen minutes wait, a nurse came and took the vitals of my daughter. She was very affable and made my daughter please while answering her questions. All of their stuffs maintains a professionalism while interacting with patients.



Perhaps it was the best of DIC, I had ever seen in any urgent care facility.

Within another five minutes we had been taken to see the doctor. Dr. Riyaz, one of the best person I have ever met. He was very professional at his job and careful about treating his patients. He asked my daughter a few questions and she spoke to him in a very friendly manner without any sign of nervousness. He was trying to get the root of the cause. After a careful and thorough examination, he prescribed some medication with a dose of antibiotics. And this proved effective for her to get well soon.



My experience with DIC was good and I recommend it to everyone for any urgent care need.

My husband and I are from west town and I found walk in clinic online when searching for Urgent care in near me.



I rarely go to doctors, or I should say I rarely used to go. But I came here with a bad infection (throat, sinus, etc) and came here in morning time (10: 45 am). I looked up whether or not the facility accepted my insurance in advance. I probably waited 10 minutes (five minutes of which I spent filling out the paperwork) before I was called back into a room. The whole facility is clean and nicely decorated. They took me in right away I still filling out the paperwork when they took me to a room



The Clinic itself is a little far from west town but it's a quick drive compared to Chicago traffic. It's clean and though nobody else there at the time was especially when we walked in - DIC!



If for some unfortunate reason you need urgent care services, please rush to see Doctors immediate care. It will be the best decision you make, and you can be assured you will get the kind of treatment you need and deserve, along with a big dose of human compassion and heart!



We will be coming here for the next plus 5 years!

My wife is an arthritis patient and was suffering very badly with the stiffness in her body which made her movement flexibility poor. Though the pain will last forever, we found improvement in her mobility when she started taking treatment at this clinic.



It is not very simple to find this difference, but was possible with the competent staff at this health center. We thank everyone there at the clinic for being friendly and showing ultimate care. We have stopped worrying too much about her health because we have the support of Doctors Immediate Care. The Urgent care offers the best and there is no doubt in it.



I would highly recommend this place. They are expertise is clearly shown by the ratings and comments they receives.

My mother and I went to immediate care, when she skid on floor & got injured her right hand.



Luckily at the time I am at home but I am very nervous and confused, then my neighbor Miss Emily suggests me an immediate care which is near to me. Dr.Humaira diagnosed and treated on time, in a professional manner, and explains me clearly. And she Got 8 stitches. And we come back in less than 40 minutes! Great place. The doctor was polite and informative.

This place is highly recommended for anyone who is suffering from sickness or injuries. I had a fracture in my legs that made me visit immediate care. It was very patient focused and I was followed up for several times to make sure everything is well I was given a walking boot and prescription, prompt treatment was impressive. Entire stuff from front desk to doctors and beyond is very nice …everyone takes time to listen to you and explaining what next.

I was here recently and have to say it is the best doctors office I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and my visit was in and out in an hour. Highly impressed with my experience.
