I was so bummed because I was not sure what was wrong with my TV and did not want to spend an arm and a leg on a new one. I am a teacher and it was about to be holiday time so money was tight. Therefore, I decided to call GEM electronics and they came out and fixed my TV for less than 60 dollars!! The service was fast and friendly. I truly recommend using GEM electronics because they totally saved the day!!! They are my heroes of the season! Happy Holidays!!

I called just hoping to get on a service call list but I was surprized. I was able to schedule a service call for later in the same day and the tech was on time, efficient, and completely profession. If you need repair this is the place to call.

It's my firs time getting my big screen tv. I called a few places and they wanted me to bring the tv in to get checked out. I called Gem electronics and they set up a serive call with in 2 days. A gentleman by the name of greg showed up, inspected the unit and gave me a fair estimate. He stated if he could not fix the tv on the spot he would not charge me anything. I agreed..within an hour the unit was fixed. It was a very easygoing experience. i would call Gem electronics before anyone else. ( I own a 57 inch high definition Toshiba projection tv)

I called Gem Electronics this morning and Greg said he would be here between 11 and 1, and arrived exactly at 11. He came in, was very professional, and let me know that my estimate would be free, and that if he couldn't fix it, there would be no charge. Greg labeled all of the wiring, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and left to get the part he needed to complete the job. He returned, replaced the part, and sure enough the TV worked. He even cleaned the projector lenses before closing it up, and now the TV looks like it did when we first got it. I would definitely recommend and use Gem Electronics again in the future. Thanks Greg!
