The technical support for adding this system to my computer was very helpful.

On 3-6-15, I requested help in installing a printer (Pixma iP 1600) connection to my current PC, with Windows 8.1. Steve D. helped start that. He found many corruptions in the program and cleared them up. On 3-10-15, the installation of the printer was continued by David W. Both Steven and David provided excellent service. The seem very competent, very person-friendly and were very helpful. It was a challenge to make this requested installation, but both Steven and David were very patient, professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend this service to my friends.

i had the pleasure today of the experience and professionalism of the-geekz Technician Ricky. I had scheduled a firewall installation and Ricky took care of it quickly. I then told him I have been Off the network with a desktop and two laptops unable to connect to three printers, He didn't hesitate and was eager to resolve my connectivity problems. I have two HP printers and a Epson wireles connecting to a desktop running windows 8.0 a hp laptop running windows 7.0 and a mac laptop running 10osc? Tony did a great job getting my computer back up and running.

Andy did a great job by helping me get the computer cleaned up. he took care of the viruses issues and the system is working fine now.
