I was very happy with the service I got with the help on my computer, The were able to connect my printer but before that they cleaned up the errors I had and was very helpful with setting up my email again. Ricky J. was very helpful with see that I understood how my system worked and saw to it that I was happy with their service.

Again - - wonderful service. I Called about getting AVG Cloud put on my computer and David Williams helped me to accomplish this. Great assistance once again an thanks for the five star servce.

Gary, Thom, Micheal I thank all of you for the great care and quick response to my problems. After being called by a Scam artist I was told my computer was failing and all my info was on the web, being that I have a lot of private info on my computer for my job I got really scared. but these gentlemen calmed all my fears and were very patient with a very upset client. thank you again and I learned a valuable lesson today

Am was very helpful, but I must say it took awhile to get to him. Not sure if the problem was complicated or not as I am not super computer literate but started before 10 AM and just finished now 2:30 PM and just wanted my contacts put into outlook?? Again Am was very helpful and very apologetic for the delays.

my computer was in a horrible mess when I accidentally shut off my antivirus; couldn't get in at all to reactivate it and the virus let in tons of malware with no way for me to fix it. I was very happy that Ricky Jackson at Geekz was able to immediately start helping me. He completely cleaned off all viruses and malware and got my computer running again! Thanks!
